From MC's Perspective:

It's normal for the Silver Tower to give him protection items. For example, the teleportation scroll. So they concluded the eting after making so decisions.
For example, they will try to attack Vincent Carey when the opportunity presents itself. But then they have to give answers to the Black Tower.

"Peter Doyle," Garrett uttered in surprise.
Peter Doyle is the cousin of Tom Doyle. Both of them are Level-8 Wizards. Peter Doyle is the wizard seed of the Wind Elental Tower. He is 6 feet tall with the sa skin color and hair.
"Wizard Seed Peter, it's nice to see you here," Garrett said before greeting him inside.
Others waited outside while Peter and Garrett entered. Garrett took him to his office.
So of the staff inside recognized Peter, because the Elental Tower guys are low-key. Peter is even more low-key among them.
In the office, Garrett sat in his seat while Peter sat in the opposite chair.
"Wizard Seed Peter, what brings you here?" Garrett asked.
Peter's eyes flickered. He revealed a smile on his face before replying, "I have co here to issue a challenge. I want the Magic Arena to publicize it."
Hearing that, Garrett was stunned. He didn't expect it. Then he thought soone must have offended Peter Doyle.
"Okay, tell the na of the opponent," he asked.
"Everyone knows about him. His na is Vincent Carey, the new wizard seed of the Silver Tower," Peter said with a confident smile.
"What?" Garrett was caught off guard. This na didn't strike his mind at all.
"Are you sure?" he asked again.
"Yes, I'm 100% sure. He has tarnished the na of the Doyle family. I'm going to re-establish the family prestige by defeating him," Peter said in a cold tone.
"Oh," Garrett's eyes flickered in understanding.
Then he recalled the duel scenes in his mind—how Vincent Carey defeated Tom Doyle in one move? He couldn't even lift a finger under the pressure.
Later, many analysts found out that no Level-8 Wizard could stand against such pressure, except a Level-8 physique type wizard. But Peter Doyle is not a physique type wizard.

Peter then left with his entourage. But his task was completed. Now he is going to wait for Vincent Carey's response.
"Let's see whether my wind blade cuts your body first or your gravity magic hits ," Peter said to himself in a cold tone.
Before coming here, he had done his research. He knows that Vincent Carey was exceptionally skilled in the instant casting of magic spells. He has watched duel videos.
Like Vincent, he can use magic spells to hurt opponents without moving an inch from the spot.
