My eyes started to scan the details. Seeing that it was superficial injuries, there was no major drop in stats. I sighed in relief.
Before the matchup against Peter Doyel, I didn't want to suffer any major injuries. Then I dismissed the status panel and started thinking about how to leave.

Then I wore the mask to cover my face before looking around.
Only one or two air vehicles were going around. Then I booked a flying taxi and waited for it to arrive.

The cab landed on the platform. I looked at the driver before probing with the system.
Seeing that this guy was not a puppet, I entered the cab and told the driver to drop at the Magic Tower Stop.
The driver was surprised. Then he started the car.

The car hovered above the ground. The driver then started driving towards the destination.
In the back seat, I continued to stay vigilant. I doubted Forbidden Wizard Remi knew about my escape. After returning to my room, I should think about a solution.
About 20 minutes later,
The driver dropped off at the main street of the magic tower area. From there, I started to walk on foot to the Silver Tower.
When I got there, I used my badge to get inside. Then I ca to the lobby and saw that no one was here. I didn't want to disturb Manager Lara at this ti.
So I returned to my room.
After taking a bath, 20 minutes later, I was lying in my bed looking at the ceiling, pondering over today's attack.
If Forbidden Wizard Remi wanted, he could have killed with a snap of his fingers. But he was still afraid to act directly.
This shows that he was afraid of the Mage Union. Otherwise, there was no need to go through the hard way. But I think he would have thought the puppet explosion was enough to kill.
He would be greatly disappointed if he saw alive next ti. Then I slowly fell asleep.
The following day,
I ca to the living area at 10 a.m. in the morning. Then I looked around before leaving the Silver Tower. I'll discuss it with Manager Lara after seeing the bookstore owner.
A few minutes later,
I ca to the street wearing a mask on my face. This ti, I used the system function to monitor the surroundings.
At this ti, not many people were on the street. But I thought there would be traffic in one hour.
Soon, a flying cab ca.
I looked at the driver before confirming he was not controlled by soone. Then I entered the cab and sat in the back seat.
Then I told the driver to go to the Central Plaza.
The cab reached the destination 15 minutes later.
I paid the fare before walking out. Then I started walking towards the shop. The street was busy with people as usual.
The shops were open on both sides of the street.
Soon, I ca to the shop nad "Brothers' Collection."
I looked around before entering the shop. Then I saw Old Man Martin taking a nap behind the desk.
"Cough! Cough!"
I coughed twice to wake him up. The old man had already felt the presence of soone. He casually opened his eyes and saw a familiar custor wearing a mask.
His eyes flashed with surprise.
"This kid has co here after accepting the duel challenge from the Doyle Family kid," Martin thought.
"Wizard Vince, welco back," Martin stood up and said.
Hearing that, I nodded to him before walking into the bookstore. Then I looked around and found a few custors were there.
I couldn't have a conversation here. If they knew I was Vincent Carey, it could attract unwanted attention.
Old Man Martin saw new wizard seed Vincent's reaction.
"What is he doing?" he asked himself.
On the other hand, I decided to speak to the shop owner.
"Shop Owner, I have a few doubts regarding wind magic. I hope you can clarify them," I said bluntly.
Old Man Martin was stunned. He had never revealed his magic power to the kid. Then how did he know? He imdiately thought of the Silver Tower.
He thought the Silver Tower might have revealed sothing about him to this kid. So he decides to speak honestly.
