From MC's Perspective:

The flying car enters the border city. I started to drive it towards the rental shop. While driving, I could feel the tension in the air. I had heard the loud booming sound from behind.

Which ans the package exploded. But the threat of the Forbidden Wizard is still there.

[Ding! Warning]

[Ding! The presence of the Forbidden Wizard is detected.]

The chanical voice sounded in my mind. Hearing that my heart skips a beat. I knew it. The threat is real. I don't know whether he would dare to attack or not.

A 5 minutes later,

I reached the rental shop. I slowly landed it on the ground. I hurriedly stepped out of the car and walked into the shop.

Then I handed over the key and paid the rent to the staff. The staff felt everything was alright. Then I went in the direction of the bathroom.

Upon entering the bathroom, I probed the place to check whether there was any hidden cara or not. The result ca as positive. The system didn't find anything suspicious here.

"Phew!"

A sigh of relief left my mouth. I was so close to death. Either by the package or by the forbidden wizard.

About 20 minutes later, anwhile,

Remi is standing in the midair in front of the rental shop. He has hidden himself. He thought the kid would co back after giving the key.

But it's been 20 minutes and there was no sign of him whatsoever. Remi was pissed off. He got a beautiful opportunity.

But he was distracted by that package for a few minutes. Now he fears that he won't get any chance to kill that kid.

He let go of such a wonderful opportunity in his hand. If the kid cos back, he might get another opportunity. But don't know why? He feels uneasy about it.

He didn't know that soone was rushing towards the border city at high speed. The person is none other than Forbidden Wizard Charlotte.

She was worried about Vincent Carey. She knows that a hostile Forbidden Wizard can kill Vincent Carey with the snap of their fingers.

So he didn't know who was targeting Jeremy Night.

A few minutes later,

Charlotte reaches the border city by tracking the device's location. She also reaches the rental shop. She ca discreetly hiding her presence.

But upon getting closer to the rental shop. She found out the presence of another Forbidden wizard.

Her eyes turned cold. Because she felt familiar vibes.

The next second, she gave chase.

At the sa ti, Remi turned around and started fleeing towards the open vast land outside the border city. Because he felt the presence of another Forbidden wizard.

Charlotte didn't attack him inside the border city. In the blink of an eye, both entered the vast open land.

Charlotte attacks him the next mont.

Boom!

A powerful mana coercion struck Remi. It sounded like a powerful thunderclap with a loud booming sound.

It jolted the people living in the border city awake. The deafening noise has terrified them.

But Remi was unhard. It was just a coercive attack. But he was pissed off. It's not like he doesn't want to fight back. It's just that he doesn't want to expose his identity.

But he didn't know Charlotte had guessed his identity sowhat. Seeing that the Forbidden Wizard wasn't attacking back. Charlotte's eyes turned colder.

If she uses her magic spell attack here, then the aftermath could sweep away the border city. So she didn't do it.

She watched the Forbidden Wizard disappear from her sight. Right now, her goal was to find Vincent Carey.

In the blink of an eye, she returns to the border city. All the Wizards looked up to her in the sky. But none of them went forward to greet her.

Including the authorities of the border city. They realised it must be soone from the magic city.

Charlotte finds the device location and appears in front of the rental shop.

She then walks into the shop. She then saw the shopkeeper and the staff but there was no Vincent Carey. She then calls him.

A few seconds later,

I exited the bathroom and ca to the front desk. Then my gaze fell on Lord Charlotte. I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.

"Phew!"

I let out a sigh of relief.

"You are here. Let's go now," Charlotte said.

Hearing that I nodded to her and exited the shop with Lord Charlotte.

The shopkeeper and the staff were petrified on the spot. They don't know what happened. They only saw soone entering the shop and leaving.

Their minds were already in disarray because of the earlier booming sound.

Outside,

Before any large crowd gathered, she grabbed Vincent's shoulder and appeared in the midair. Then she started flying towards the Silver Tower.

At the sa ti, I'm feeling safe. I'm also enjoying the fierce wind brushing against my face.

Remi stopped after leaving the area of the border city. But his eyes were spewing venom. He didn't expect that hateful woman to appear at the last mont.

Now he believes that the white package has sothing to do with her. That kid must have been waiting for her. Without realising that he was thinking about how to deal with that kid.

Now he regrets it a little. If he hadn't paid attention to the package, he would have eliminated the kid instead. Then his plan would have beco successful.

"F@ck," He cursed out loud.

What more? He is now getting worried that a hateful woman might have recognised him. It's even more dangerous.

He then decides to stay low. If his return becos public, then the hateful woman might investigate him.

Then he disappears from the spot. He is going to enter the Magic City from another satellite city.

At the sa ti, the whole city is terrified. They don't know what's going on. The loud booming sound was powerful.
