From MC’s Perspective:
After speaking with Manager Lara, I returned to my room. I changed into comfortable clothes before lying in bed. My mind is filled with so many doubts.
I had to be ready against the level-9 Wizard Hugo and then others as well. To deal with the upcoming problem, I should know about the enemy as well.
I can’t kill them because of the mage union. Maybe the only person who could help was none other than old man Martin.
After collecting my thoughts, I went to sleep.

The following day,
After getting out of bed, I did the morning routine. But I didn’t go to the mana chamber. Rather, I have decided to stay inside the room to practise.
I knew that middle-aged man Hugo must be there.
Then I sat cross-legged on the ground. I closed my eyes and started running the Gravity Ark ntal thod. The gravity mana particles entered my body.
I began to guide the mana particles inside my body. After circulation, the gravity mana enters the mana core space. The gravity mana core imdiately absorbed the incoming mana.
Seeing that I knew that mana core is strengthening further.
Then I continued to repeat the process.
After a few hours, I ended the practice. Then I stood up and went to the bath to take a shower. I spent 20 minutes in the bath.
I walked out and changed into fresh clothes. After getting ready, I left the room a few minutes later.
I ca to the lobby and saw no one. Seeing that I was happy. For a second, I thought about Manager Lara. But I knew she wouldn’t let go.
Forbidden Wizard Charlotte had warned not to go outside. She was worried that soone could harm . But I know that it must be the Forbidden Wizard who tried to harm the border town area.
He didn’t have the guts to attack inside the territory. So he still decides to gamble that he would be safe inside the magic city. As long as he reaches the old man Martin’s bookstore. He can be at ease.
Then I wore the mask and exited the silver tower. When I walked out. I found out there aren’t many people stalking the Silver Tower. It brought him relief. Then I started going to the main street.
After coming to the main street, I’m still keeping my guard. The system didn’t warn . It shows that no one is hostile around .
Then I waited for the cab to arrive. After a few minutes, the flying cab ca to a stop. I told the driver about the destination. I entered the car and sat in the back seat.
The driver then started to drive the car.
Swoosh!
The flying car hovers above the ground. It appears in the air before going towards the destination. The driver who was driving was a middle-aged man.
He was puzzled why the young man was wearing a mask. But he didn’t dare to ask. He knows that the main street area is surrounded by the magic towers.
He thought that the young man could be from the magic towers.
About 20 minutes later,
The flying cab reached the Central Plaza. Then I landed in the parking area. I stepped out and paid the fare before going towards the brothers’ Collection shop.
While walking towards the place. I’m overhearing others’ conversations as well. Everyone was happy about the fact that Magic City is returning to normal.
They think that faction fights have co to an end. There would be no other conflicts. Hearing that I don’t know whether to laugh or cry. They were totally wrong about it.
Soon, I reached the brothers’ collection book store. I saw the shop was open. I walked inside the shop and saw the old man, Martin, sitting behind the desk.
Old man Martin opened his eyes. When he saw Vincent Carey, he was stunned. He didn’t expect the kid to co here.
"What are you doing here?" The old man Martin asked.
Hearing that I replied, "I’m bored. I have co here for a chat."
Old man Martin realises that sothing was up. He turned around and saw that there were a few people in the store.
He said, "I know there is sothing you wanted to discuss. Just wait for 10 minutes."
After saying that, old man Martin stood up and went to talk to the people. Seeing that I was stunned. I didn’t expect the old man to be ready to drive them out.
"Does he know?" I thought.
Then I found an empty chair and sat in it. Martin is convincing others to leave. They were surprised. But they respect the old man Martin. So everyone agreed to leave.
About ten minutes later, old man Martin put up a signboard saying the shop was closed. Then he ca inside and looked towards Vincent Carey.
He sat back in his seat and asked, "Now tell what’s going on?"
Hearing that I asked, "Elder, how did you know first?"
Old man Martin smiled and replied, "I knew you won’t co here for fun. I had already told you to focus on the practice."
"So you should focus on becoming an official mber. But you have co here instead. It’s enough to show that sothing is bothering you," He added.
"Yes," I replied.
Then I started to tell him what’s going on.
About a few minutes later,
The expression of the old man Martin changed. He didn’t expect things to beco worse. No one told him about this news.
He then said, "Yes, it’s indeed a troubleso problem. Those wizard families are strong. They have enough influence inside the magic towers as well."
"If you offer any one of them, they will rember it. When the opportunity arises, they won’t hesitate to get back their revenge," he added.
Hearing the old man Martin’s words. I was shocked inside. I didn’t expect the old man, Martin, to beco serious as well.
