From MC’S Perspective:
Glasshaven City,
I have decided to leave this weird city. I began to look for the transport services. Soon, I found a private company. When I entered the building to talk to them.
I found these people’s expressions strange again. My heart stirred. Though others are communicating with others.
But their expressions are not natural. It appears soone is feeding them behind the scenes.
"What’s going on here?" I asked myself in my heart.
I don’t feel good staying here. Then I pushed down these thoughts before coming outside. Then I started going towards the exit.
Apart from , there were a few others who were walking on the street. They seed to notice the problem as well. But their expression was full of fear.
Seeing that an unknown fear rose in my heart. Don’t tell we won’t be able to leave this city. We continued to walk along the street.
The shops were open. But no one is standing outside. Not even the custors. The more I stare at the city the more I feel uncomfortable.
[Ding! The Magic Artifact power is increasing.]
[Ding! The host is advised to leave the city.]
The chanical voice sounded in my mind. The next second, I started using the flight ability. Then I started flying towards the border at fast speed.
Swoosh!
My sudden outburst surprised other travellers, especially those who had consciousness. They felt sothing wrong with the city as well.
Then they started following . As I continued to move towards the border, the system notification continued to increase.
The power of the magic artifact is increasing. The people behind slowed down. The magic effect is working on them.
I ignored them and continued the flight. Fortunately, the system is blocking the magic power currently. But I don’t know whether it will continue to do that.
Otherwise, it won’t advise to leave the city. One by one the travelers slow down. They have lost themselves under the magic power.
I’m the only one remaining. As long as there is no Supre Wizard level and above, I can deal with anyone in this weird city.
A few minutes later,
Finally, I saw the massive magic gate. Upon seeing that my mouth curves into an arc. Just a few more tres, I will leave the city.
I flew high across to fly over the massive iron gate.
Swoosh!
One after another several dark figures in the hood appeared above the gate.
[Ding! Warning!]
[Ding! Level-8 and Level-9 Wizards were detected.]
The system warned again. But I put my heart at ease knowing that there was no sign of the Supre Wizards.
When I got closer to them. I cast the 6th stage of the magic spell. It’s the first ti I’m using the 6th stage of the amplification.
"Repulsive Force"
The powerful force erupted from my body and spread across the place. The powerful repelling force struck the body of the wizards one by one.
Boom!
Several dark figures were hit hard. The next second, they fell directly from the top to the ground. There was no scream and reactions or whatsoever.
"Is that my spell so powerful?" I asked myself.
Then I shook my head in denial. Because there was no single drop of bloodshed. The dark figures have fallen to the ground like wood.
"Wood," I said in my heart.
The next second, my eyes flickered with an understanding.
"Don’t tell they are puppets?"
"The magic artifact is controlling people like puppets," I said in my heart.
When this realization occured. The fear in my heart increased.
Swoosh!
The patrol guards appeared one after another. They were the ones who allowed the entry of travelers into the city. They are behaving normally not controlled by the magic artifact.
The Patrol Guard captain arrived as well. He saw the state of the Dark figures. They were destroyed. He knew the reality of those figures. They were Puppets.
"Who are you?"
"Why did you attack the guardians?" The Patrol Guard Captain asked.
Hearing that my heart turned cold.
I said,"I’m leaving the city. But they try to block ."
After saying that I ignored them flew over the city gate. Then I continued to fly forward leaving their city.
The Patrol Guard Captain was stunned. But he didn’t follow. Because his strength is worse than the dark figures.
"Let’s go, we should not offend this person," The Patrol Guard Captain said to others.
There is sothing going on inside the Glasshaven City. Which they don’t want many people to know.
Ti passed,
On the other hand, I’m flying towards the second city. Fortunately, I got the map in the border town. Otherwise, it could have beco difficult to find the location.
On the way, I’m looking for other travelers. But there were no people beside . Those who had co with have been trapped inside the city.
I guess I’m the only one who is leaving Glasshaven City without getting hard.
I have a feeling that I might co across Supre Wizards on my journey. I hope there won’t be any battle with them.
When nightti ca, I found a shade tree to rest. Instead of resting under the tree, I appeared inside the Gregor Mansion.
It’s been several hours since I left Glasshaven City. But I haven’t spotted a single wizard. Not even the monsters were around here.
In the Gregor Mansion bed room, I’m lying down comfortably. I’m looking at the ceiling and fell into deep thought.
Elder Dana has given this huge opportunity. I should complete this mission. Not only for the sake of them. For myself as well.
It will be a good opportunity to get in touch with the Elders of the Silver Tower. They are stronger than the Forbidden Wizards.
Maybe I can gain knowledge about outer space from them.
I don’t know why I had this feeling that I should beco a level-9 Wizard on this trip.
So that I can beco an official mber after returning. In that way, I can block many people’s sches.
