From MC's Perspective:
Duel Platform,
The Shadow starts moving towards again. Seeing that I realized that the Gravity Field is not working.
A quick gleam flashes in my eyes.
Of all of my spells, the one which I most trust is the Gravity Domain Spell. It's my go to spell to kill anyone. But I don't want to use it.
If I do it, Mike Curtis may die from it. Then I decided to try a different spell.
Just as the Shadow was about to touch the shadow of mine. I cast the magic spell.
"Zero Gravity"
The next second, my body starts to float above the ground. Because of it, the position of Shadow Changes as well.
Not only , any physical object within the spellcasting range will be affected.
The shadow on the ground stagnated again. The "Zero Gravity Spell" is affecting it.
Because I see the Shadow is moving back and forth. I don't forget the fact that it's a level-6 spell.
After a few seconds, the shadow started to change.
Mike Curtis returned to his physical form. Before he could stabilize his form. His body starts to float above the ground as well.
An unbelievable shock was written all over his face.
"What kind of spell is this?" He said to himself.
He needs to be on the ground to cast the magic spell. So that his shadow can free and easily approach the target.
Now he is floating in the air. It won't be easy for the shadow to approach Vincent Carey.
Outside,
The crowd has quieted down all of a sudden. They are seeing sothing different compared to the previous duels.
Vincent Carey has cast a completely new spell to counter Mike Curtis. Which no one hadn't seen before.
On the duel platform,
Mike Curtis wasn't able to control his body. He didn't expect Vincent Carey to have this powerful spell in his arsenal.
The Other hand, I sighed inwardly. I rarely used this spell before. But I never thought it would work effectively against Shadow Magic.
Seeing Mike Curtis desperately trying to move. I decided to use the "Gravity Field" Spell again. Because Mike Curtis in his physical form.
The next second, I canceled the spell before casting "Gravity Field" Spell.

Mike Curtis dropped on the ground. It was so abrupt that he didn't realize. The next second, a powerful gravitational force hit his body from above all of a sudden.
It's the work of level-6 Gravity Spell.
"What?" A loud shout escaped Mike's mouth before he planted on the ground.
His body hits the floor tiles. The power of gravity is also breaking his body.
The next second, the blood starts to leak from his nose and ears. Bones are cracking under pressure. This scene was a complete nightmare for anyone to see.
Outside,
There was eerie silence. They didn't expect Vincent Carey to dominate completely. They know that Vincent Carey is a Sub-Taboo Wizard. And Mike Curtis is the Taboo Wizard.
Usually, the Taboo Wizard is said to be strong. Here, things are happening differently. The Sub-Taboo Wizard has the upper hand.
This scene is not only surprising the audience. The fellow wizard students and the council elders are shocked as well.
Outside of the duel arena,
Vice-Dean Brittany Atkins amazed as well. Now she is slowly understanding why the dean and the Magic Lord Powerhouse are paying attention to Vincent Carey.
A quick gleam flashes in her eyes. Now she is more looking forward to the duel.
Not far away from the spot. The crippled old man was watching the duel as well. He has been paying attention to barriers on one hand.
On the other hand, he is watching the live-stream of the final duel.
Earlier, he too had doubts regarding the duel. Mike Curtis is the young generation's famous Taboo Wizard. Not only in the academy. But also in the whole country.
The Shadow magic of his is considered to be unbreakable. Because no one has succeeded by doing it so far. Before the duel he had thought how Vincent Carey was going to overco it.
He was surprised to see Vincent has a magic spell to counter the Shadow Magic. Not only that, the spells seed a bit powerful for a level-5 Wizard to him.
Seeing that Mike Curtis was beaten down to the ground. He knew who the final winner was going to be. Vincent Carey is going to have another dominating and easy win.
Even the old man dean back in the academy arrives at the sa conclusion as well. The Whole Yellow River Academy is watching the duel right now.
Before the duel Mike Curtis was the unspoken leader of the young generation. Especially for the level-5 Wizards. The Taboo Hall is considered to be the strongest among the Wizard Halls.
Seeing Vincent Carey's strength, the wizard students are shocked and surprised. After the competition, people will have different perspectives on Vincent Carey.
Duel Platform,
Mike Curtis' whole body was bloodied. He is not in the condition to fight back.
He raised his head after great effort and looked into Vincent Carey's eyes. His heart set off storms.
Vincent was too strong for him. He doesn't want to continue this fight any longer.
"I admit defeat," He said in a low tone.
Hearing that I canceled the spell the next mont.
The Gravity Field was gone. Mike felt a huge mountain lifted off his body. Because of the bleeding and injuries, he beca unconscious.
Seeing that I don't know how to react. The level-6 spell attack was overkill for him. I hope he won't find anything abnormal.
At the sa ti, the barrier starts to co down.
Outside,
The crowd erupts with a loud cheer. Vincent Carey has won the duel. The supporters of Vincent Carey started chanting his na.
The duel ending was not different from the ends of Vincent Carey's previous duels. It's just the usage of "Zero Gravity" Spell that has surprised everyone.
When the barrier cos down. The announcer walked in and declared Vincent Carey as the winner.
