The First-Class Restaurant was located directly across from the entrance to Flower Square.
Its location was uniquely advantageous. Not only was it adjacent to Flower Square, but it was also next to a long street filled with shops selling costics, clothing, fabrics, and various sundries. The daily foot traffic was imnse, which in turn made business at the First-Class Restaurant incredibly brisk.
For instance, despite it being quite late, the First-Class Restaurant was still packed with custors and bustling with activity.
Third Brother Xie led Wu Liangchen and his companions around to the side. Here, a small door opened onto the street. Inside was a narrow passageway that led to another, larger door.
This door was locked. After opening it, they found themselves in an exquisite little courtyard.
Although uninhabited, the courtyard was swept clean and exceptionally tranquil.
"What do you think?" Third Brother Xie asked.
Wu Liangchen nodded. "It’s very nice."
"Then you can stay here for now. There’s a kitchen if you want to cook for yourselves. If not, just let the staff out front know, and they’ll send food over for you," Third Brother Xie instructed thoughtfully.
"Alright, thank you, Third Brother!"
"You’re welco. You all get so rest. I’ll be going now."
After Third Brother Xie left, Wu ngchan and Yang Lian’Er excitedly entered the house to find it fully furnished with all sorts of furniture.
"Wow, it even has a glass window! I call this room," Yang Lian’Er declared, then flopped onto the large bed by the window, rolling around comfortably a few tis.
"Hey, ngchan, you should stay here too. We can share the bed," Yang Lian’Er suddenly suggested, looking up.
"Uh..." Wu ngchan looked shyly at Yang Lian’Er’s collar, which had fallen open as she rolled around on the bed.
The sight of that snow-white skin made her heart flutter, even as a woman.
Just then, Yang Lian’Er noticed Wu ngchan’s gaze. She glanced down, then grinned mischievously and stepped forward to pinch Wu ngchan’s cheek.
"You little minx, you’re quite the pervert. If you like looking so much, sleep with . Later, I’ll strip naked and let you have your fill."
Wu ngchan’s face instantly flushed red to the tips of her ears. She lowered her head and thought silently.
’I’m not a pervert. The only reason I’m staying here is because I like this glass window.’
’Mhm, that’s right!’
While the two girls laughed and played in the room, Wu Liangchen habitually went up to the roof to survey the surrounding terrain.
The courtyard’s location was excellent. The comrcial street was right out the front door, and behind it was a large residential area. If any trouble were to arise, escaping would be easy.
After morizing a few escape routes, Wu Liangchen returned to the house and brewed a pot of tea. He didn’t drink it right away, instead setting it aside to cool before heading into the courtyard to begin his training.
Five Animals Fist, Primordial Stance, then Eight-Step Wind-Chasing Fist, Golden Body Cross Training Skill...
After completing his routine, a light sweat beaded on Wu Liangchen’s forehead, but he felt refreshed and invigorated. With a thought, his attribute panel materialized before his eyes.
[Na: Wu Liangchen] [Age: 18]
[Life Fire: 17 wisps]
[Cart Pulling (Proficient 413/500)]
[Five Animals Fist (Proficient 257/500)]

[Jingzhe Blade Technique (Skilled 113/200)]
[Golden Body Cross Training Skill (Initiate 38/100)]
[Blood Exchange and Bone Marrow Cleansing (11%)]
It was clear that all his Martial Arts had improved. His cultivation progress, in particular, had even broken past the ten percent mark.
Satisfied, Wu Liangchen dismissed the panel, went back inside, and gulped down the now-cool tea in one go. After washing up, he went to bed.
anwhile, in the room with the large glass window, Wu ngchan was wrapped tightly in her quilt, her face flushed crimson.
Lying beside her, Yang Lian’Er couldn’t help but giggle. "So? Was it a good sight?"
"Mhm!" Wu ngchan replied, her voice as faint as a mosquito’s buzz.
It really had been a good sight. They weren’t large, but their shape was perfectly round, and their skin was as white and smooth as cream.
Even Wu ngchan, a woman herself, felt her heart stir at the sight.
"Then let see yours?"
With that, Yang Lian’Er pretended to yank Wu ngchan’s quilt away. Terrified, Wu ngchan clutched the quilt tightly and refused to let go no matter what.
"No, no!"
"Why not? You saw mine, so now it’s my turn to see yours. Isn’t that fair?" Yang Lian’Er laughed.
The color drained from Wu ngchan’s face, and she began to beg. "Sister Lian, I won’t look anymore. Please, let go."
"Fine, I’ll let you off, but you have to agree to one condition."
"What condition?"
"A condition..." Yang Lian’Er mused for a mont before a thought struck her. She smiled slyly.
"The condition is, from now on, you have to warm my bed for first. Only after it’s warm can you go back to your own quilt."
"Mhm, mhm!" As long as she didn’t have to reveal her embarrassing parts, Wu ngchan would agree to anything. She was completely unaware that she had just beco Yang Lian’Er’s personal bed-warming maid.
"That’s a good girl!" Yang Lian’Er pinched Wu ngchan’s cheek again but didn’t go to sleep imdiately. Instead, she got up and practiced several rounds of the Primordial Stance in the room.
She practiced this thing every day, but her progress was always slow.
It couldn’t help but make Yang Lian’Er doubt her own intelligence and talent.
After all, it had been less than a year since Wu Liangchen started practicing Martial Arts, yet he had already achieved Great Completion in fortifying his qi and lungs and was on the verge of challenging the Fourth Realm.
She, on the other hand, hadn’t even reached the Second Realm. The gap was just too vast.
’It seems Aunt Fan was right. He really is one of those peerless, rare Martial Arts geniuses. I can’t compare at all.’
Yang Lian’Er felt dejected for a while before turning off the light and going to sleep.
In the following days, Third Brother Xie didn’t visit, but he had his n deliver rice, flour, oil, and other daily necessities to Wu Liangchen and the others.
