The Oporto fans, the players, and the manager were depressed by the comntator's words, but contrary to how they thought they would feel, they were a lot calr about it.

It seed that deep down, they already knew how difficult the task of ending this ga with a win was, and how slim the odds of such a thing happening was.

They just chose not to accept it before because they had hope, but even now, that little sliver of hope was gone.

It was not impossible for them to score six goals in the forty minutes remaining, but the chances of that happening with the Uventus players on the field, was as low as the chances of finding a snowball in hell.

The Oporto team were able to control the ball in the midfield and after a bit of a struggle, Viera found Diaz with a cleverly chipped pass over the Uventus defenders.
