Not only had the fatigue from yesterday's training lted away, but even the exhaustion accumulated from days of relentless practice had mostly dissipated.
Shielding his eyes from the sunlight streaming through the window's cracks, Seii got up and stretched with a satisfying groan.
"Mmm, that feels good!" he murmured.
With a little hop, he jumped out of bed.
He pushed open the door, stepped out of the wooden cabin, and strolled to the nearby stream, taking his ti to wash up.
Afterward, he downed several enhanced soldier pills to fill his stomach.
Once all preparations were complete, Seii began his training.
Or, more accurately, his breakthrough.
At the center of Moon Island's clearing, Seii sat cross-legged.
As he had done for past breakthroughs, he first activated his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.
Then, he tapped into the power of Humanity's Control to enhance himself.
Next, he perford an improved version of the Mystical Palm Technique, condensing the purest Yang Release chakra.
This chakra flowed into his body, coursing through his dense chakra pathway network, reaching every part of him and seeping into his cells.
Fueled by this Yang Release chakra and guided by Humanity's Control, his cells began a slow but steady evolution.
Each step of their transformation was subtle, but when accumulated to a certain point, it would trigger a qualitative leap.
That would be the mont he broke through his body's limits and completed his transformation.
With hope in his heart, Seii closed his eyes.
Ti ticked by, second by second.
The sun rose in the east and drifted toward the west, nearly sinking into the sea.
Suddenly, Seii's body trembled, and a wave of profound relief washed over him.
He knew instantly—he had succeeded.
The invisible shackles restricting his body's growth had been shattered, and his body could now strengthen normally again.
But before that, it would undergo a transformation.
With that thought, Seii focused, carefully sensing the changes in his body.
As expected, just like every previous transformation, a warm current surged within him, rapidly spreading through his body and nourishing his cells.
"Mmm," Seii let out a contented hum and closed his eyes again.

About half an hour later, he opened his eyes.
"Panel!" he commanded ntally, pulling up his proficiency panel.
As expected, with his body's transformation complete, his Constitution attribute had risen by one point, from 31 to 32.
Without hesitation, Seii focused his mind to test the changes this brought.
First, he checked his potential—his theoretical chakra ceiling.
After half an hour of testing, he reached a conclusion: this Constitution boost had increased his theoretical chakra ceiling by 4.5 million points.
That was a million points more than the 3.5 million he gained when his Constitution went from 30 to 31—a bit beyond his expectations.
But it made sense. This transformation had further narrowed the gap between his Constitution and Spirit attributes.
A smaller gap ant more of his potential was unlocked.
Under these circumstances, a slightly larger increase in his theoretical chakra ceiling was only natural.
Still, he cared more about his body's natural chakra recovery rate than the ceiling itself.
With that in mind, Seii paused his Chakra Refinent Technique, opened his panel, and quietly monitored the Chakra stat while waiting for his body to recover chakra naturally.
Ti ticked by.
After about ten minutes, he stopped observing.
His panel showed his chakra had increased by 156,944 points.
Ten minutes for 156,944 points ant 941,664 points per hour. Over 24 hours, that was roughly 22.6 million points.
In other words, with sufficient energy, his body could now naturally recover about 22.6 million chakra points per day.
Before today, that number was 19.9 million.
This Constitution boost had increased his chakra recovery rate by 2.7 million points.
That was a significant jump compared to the 2.2 million-point increase when his Constitution went from 30 to 31.
Clearly, this was another result of narrowing the gap between his Constitution and Spirit attributes, unlocking more of his potential.
Seii was quite pleased with this.
Normally, he'd now test his body's capacity to handle chakra post-transformation to plan his next training phase.
But he didn't.

Back then, he held off because he worried that advancing it would push his Spirit attribute too far ahead of his Constitution, risking an imbalance between mind and body.
But now, with his Constitution up by one point, it was only one point behind his Spirit.
In this state, he could safely push his Sharingan's evolution without worrying about losing balance.
So, he decided to wait until his Spirit attribute also increased before testing the remaining aspects.
No ti to waste. Seii swallowed more enhanced soldier pills to replenish his energy, then began using Heart Reflection Technique to stimulate his Sharingan's evolution.
Ti passed steadily.
Seii could clearly feel his Sharingan evolving slowly as chakra flowed into his eyes.
At the sa ti, his panel showed his Sharingan's evolution progress climbing.
Finally, at a certain mont, it broke through the (50,000/100,000) threshold.
A tingling, itchy sensation spread from his eyes.
His Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan activated involuntarily.
The black sun-like pattern within grew a shade deeper, as it had with every previous advancent.
In the next mont, a powerful ntal pressure radiated from his eyes, silencing the insects and birds on the island.
Noticing this, Seii frowned slightly and focused, reining in the ntal energy that had spiked and was slipping out of control.

About ten minutes later, the ntal pressure around him vanished.
The island's animals gradually ca back to life, their sounds filling the air once more.
