But this ti, he didn't feel any progress.
Far from being discouraged, Seii was thrilled.
This ant his body had finally reached the critical point for transformation.
Without hesitation, he exited Sage Mode and cast the Flying Thunder God Technique, teleporting back to the surface of Moon Island.

Seii took a deep breath of fresh air, letting it out slowly. Once his body had settled, he dispelled the Multiple Shadow Clone Technique.
Instantly, every shadow clone—both on and off the island—vanished.
A flood of mories and experiences poured into his mind.
Seii took his ti, fully absorbing and processing the training experiences and mories from his clones over the past hour.
Then, glancing at the sky and seeing it was still early, he began the final push before his physical transformation, just as he'd done in the past.
Guided by Ama no Hito, he used pure Yang Release chakra as the energy source, stimulating his body's cells to evolve slowly in the most fundantal way.
Ti ticked by, mont by mont.
Before he knew it, the sun had set.
Night fell.
Seii remained seated, fully focused on guiding his cells' evolution.
As ti passed, he could clearly feel cracks forming in the invisible barrier that had been holding back his physical growth.
But it still hadn't broken.
So, Seii kept going, undeterred.
Hours later, the night deepened.
When the full moon hung directly overhead, Seii heard what sounded like sothing shattering.
In that mont, the invisible barrier vanished. His body felt as if a heavy burden had been lifted, leaving him incredibly light and free.
His eyes snapped open.
He knew it—he'd broken through.
The thought had barely crossed his mind when a warm current surged within him, flowing through his chakra pathways and spreading across his entire body.
"Mmm~"
Seii let out a contented hum, retracting his ntal focus. He closed his eyes, emptying his mind and letting the warm current nourish his body.
As the process continued, his body began to transform.
About half an hour later, Seii opened his eyes again.
"Feels good!"
With a low roar, he raised his arms and stretched deeply.
After a mont, he lowered his arms and muttered, "Panel!"

As expected, after his body's transformation, his Physique stat had increased by one point, from 32 to 33.
With this boost, the overwhelming pressure his ntal strength had been placing on his body was significantly reduced.
Now, he could resu using Mirroring Heart Technique to stimulate his Sharingan's evolution and boost his ntal stat.
Speaking of his Sharingan… Seii's gaze shifted downward.
His Sharingan's evolution had reached (59,999/100,000), just one point shy of the critical (60,000/100,000) threshold.
This wasn't sothing he'd deliberately controlled—no matter how precise he was, he couldn't have managed that level of accuracy.
Before the transformation, his Sharingan was at (59,960/100,000), still a small distance from the threshold.
The reason it was so close now was entirely due to the passive boost from his physical transformation.
As always, whenever his body underwent a transformation, his various kekkei genkai saw additional progress.
This was why his Sharingan had a small hurdle to cross at (60,000/100,000), requiring the use of Mirroring Heart Technique to break through.
Otherwise, the extra progress from the transformation would've pushed him over the edge right then and there.
But now, with just one point to go, breaking through was just a matter of a single thought.
Before that, though, he wanted to test the effects of this transformation on his theoretical chakra cap and recovery rate.
This would give him a clearer picture of his current state.
With that in mind, Seii focused, activating the Chakra Refinent Technique at full force to tap into his potential.
Then, based on the increase in his chakra cap shown on the panel and his physical condition, he estimated the boost to his theoretical chakra limit.
This process took about half an hour.
When he stopped, he had his answer: this transformation, with his Physique rising from 32 to 33, had increased his theoretical chakra cap by about 6 million points.
That was 1.5 million points more than the 4.5 million-point increase from his last transformation, when his Physique went from 31 to 32.
No doubt, this was the result of his body and mind moving closer to balance, unlocking a portion of his potential.
That said, his theoretical chakra cap wasn't all that important to him right now.
Over the past three months, he'd only raised his actual chakra cap from just under 4.2 million to just under 5 million points—still far from his theoretical limit.
What he cared about more was his chakra recovery rate.
This had two components: the passive chakra recovered daily through the Chakra Refinent Technique and the natural chakra recovery from his body.
The forr hadn't changed much since his Chakra Refinent Technique hadn't leveled up, so it didn't need testing.
The latter, however, was his main focus.
Taking a deep breath, Seii let his body recover to its optimal state, then paused the Chakra Refinent Technique and waited quietly for his chakra to regenerate naturally.
Ten minutes later, he stopped observing.
His panel showed an increase of 193,750 chakra points.
That ant 1,162,500 points per hour, and over 24 hours, a whopping 27,900,000 points.
In other words, with sufficient energy, his body could naturally recover 27.9 million chakra points per day.
Before this, that number had been 24.4 million.
This transformation had boosted his chakra recovery rate by 3.5 million points.
Compared to the previous transformation, when his Physique went from 31 to 32 and added 2.7 million points to his recovery rate, this was a significant leap.
Once again, this was the result of his potential being unlocked.
