For the vast majority of Ring Mages, there was little difference between the Casting difficulty of a Tier Five Low Level spell and a Tier Five High Level one.
The difference was rely a matter of a few seconds.
For traditional Mages, however, the difference was enormous.
A high-difficulty spell could even fail during Casting.
For Li Wei, of course, such a possibility didn’t exist.
Li Wei spent one hundred and fifty Credit Points to learn the teor Skill.
The original price was three hundred Credit Points; his mbership in the Hall of Truth saved him a large sum.
Students of the Purple Level Class also received a discount, but it was only thirty percent off.
The discounts couldn’t be stacked; only the highest one applied.
After learning the teor Skill, Li Wei’s remaining Credit Points dropped to just fifty-six.
At most, he could learn one more Tier Four Spell; he couldn’t afford any more Tier Five Magic.
Not that Li Wei had any need for it.
Once he learned the teor Skill, he turned and left the Saint Villia Library.
As he walked, an image of himself appeared in Li Wei’s mind’s eye as he explored the Magic Model for the teor Skill.

It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to call it a Summoning Skill.
The only difference was that a Summoner’s Summoning Skill summoned living creatures, whereas the teor Skill summoned a passing teorite from outer space.
Learning the teor Skill was a completely new experience for Li Wei.
But he wasn’t satisfied with just the teor Skill alone.
Li Wei chose the teor Skill because it was the most suitable for fusing with Fire Elent Magic.
The fusion of Earth Magic and Fire Elent Magic evolved into Lava Magic.
Lava Magic was typically more powerful than single-elent Fire or Earth spells.

During the day, Li Wei practiced the Fiery Sun Visualization thod in the Celestial Realm.
At night, he cultivated the teor Skill in the Dream World.
With his Arcane Enlightennt Extraordinary Trait, Li Wei’s speed in cultivating Magic had noticeably increased.
A single casting of the teor Skill increased his proficiency by ten points.
His progress in cultivating the teor Skill was incredibly fast.
In a single night, Li Wei brought the teor Skill to the Small Success Level.
He went from summoning teorites of inconsistent sizes to reliably calling down ones over two ters in diater.
After another two days, he reached the Great Success Level with the teor Skill.
Li Wei could now consistently summon large teorites exceeding five ters in diater.
In the Dream World, a whistling sound echoed from the sky.

A shooting star descended, erupting in a brilliant, dazzling flash of light.
Accompanied by a massive explosion, the teorite crashed to the ground, unleashing terrifying destructive power.

In an instant, a massive crater several kiloters in diater appeared on the ground.
At the center of the crater lay a huge teorite, over ten ters in diater.
An ordinary Mage casting the teor Skill could, at most, summon a teorite about one ter in diater.
Even that was incredibly impressive in terms of power.
But a single cast of Li Wei’s teor Skill could easily destroy a small town.
Its power far surpassed that of an ordinary Mage’s teor Skill.
It had already reached the threshold of a Super Tier Spell.
Li Wei smiled.

After grinding for several nights in a row, he had finally maxed out the teor Skill to the Perfection Level.
If it weren’t for the Dream World’s eight-tis-faster ti flow, even with the bonus from Arcane Enlightennt, it would have taken Li Wei at least one or two months to grind the teor Skill to the Perfection Level.
Once the teor Skill reached the Perfection Level, Li Wei began to work on a fusion spell, combining the Fireball Skill and the teor Skill into one.
Li Wei had already advanced his Fireball Skill to the Tier Four Perfect Level while cultivating in the Secret Realm.
This was the perfect opportunity to break through to Tier Five.

With a massive amount of Fire Elent converging within, the teorite beca a giant Lava Fireball.

The teor Fireball streaked across the sky, leaving a long, glowing tail in its wake.
BOOM! RUMBLE!
The star finally slamd into the ground.
The terrifying impact instantly caused the ground within a several-kiloter radius to sink by several ters.
What followed was an overwhelming eruption of molten lava and fire, spreading outward.
The splash radius of searing lava and molten tal exceeded ten kiloters, with the farthest fragnts flying over twenty kiloters away.
This flying debris of lava and molten tal possessed extrely high temperatures and kinetic energy.
It effortlessly pierced and lted human bodies, houses, plants, and animals.
The attack range of the teor Fireball Technique was several tis larger than that of the teor Skill.
With such terrifying power, it could truly be called a "Minor Forbidden Curse."
