As for Xiong Yanfu, who stood to the side, this was the first ti he had so directly felt the power of the Control Realm.
He stared at the figure standing there with his spear, majestic and unyielding. Only a single thought remained in his mind: ’This... this is the insurmountable chasm between and a true top-tier Demon!’
’The Control Realm is too difficult to achieve.’
’It requires not only proficiency honed through patient grinding, but also that rare flash of inspiration!’
"Alright, alright! That’s enough! That’s enough!"
The senior student waved his hands repeatedly, signaling for Qin Feng to put away his long spear.
An enthusiastic smile spread across his face.
"Qin Feng, that one move was more than enough! I declare that you’ve passed the assessnt with flying colors!"
He imdiately took out a data tablet and began processing Qin Feng’s admission into the Warband.
"Here, just enter your student ID number and so personal information. From this mont on, you are a proud mber of our Fearless Warband!"
"Oh, right."
He added while tapping away, "According to our Warband’s rules, any newcor who passes the entry assessnt receives a reward of 10 Contribution Points. The system will deposit them directly into your personal account shortly, so be sure to check for it."
"Alright."
Qin Feng nodded slightly, pleased.
’10 Contribution Points secured.’
’Nice.’
After he finished entering all his personal information, his personal terminal imdiately displayed several new notifications.
In addition to the notification about the 10 Contribution Points, a brand-new application appeared on his list: the "Fearless Warband Private Hub," its icon a greatsword wreathed in flas.
Within the hub, he could view the public profiles of all Warband mbers, accept exclusive internal missions, and freely team up and communicate with countless powerful senior students.
"Qin Feng, as a senior, there are a few things I should give you a heads-up on."
After completing the registration, the senior student’s tone beca much more earnest.
"If you take on missions in the future, I strongly suggest you team up with other mbers of our Warband. You’ll earn fewer Contribution Points since the reward gets split, but it’s far safer than going solo."
"You have to understand, the university doesn’t care whether students live or die on missions. Every year, countless arrogant geniuses die on all sorts of missions because they were too reckless. It’s an incredibly cruel system, but it’s how the university forges its students."
"But our Warband *does* care!"
His words brimd with the imnse confidence and pride of the Fearless Warband.
"If you ever find yourself facing a high-difficulty mission that you can’t handle alone, you can even spend so Contribution Points in the private hub to post a ’Warband Escort’ mission. When you do, a powerful senior student will inevitably accept the job and accompany you. It’s a guaranteed way to make sure you co back alive."
"Of course, it’s all up to you to weigh the risks and rewards. If you’re absolutely confident in your own abilities, then there’s nothing wrong with going solo."
"Rember, at Cannan Star Martial Arts University, safety is the number one priority."
"After all, we’re still within the Empire’s borders, which is basically the ’starter zone.’ When you eventually step onto the bloody Battlefield of Ten Thousand Races, you’ll be completely on your own. Out there, even Subspace Teleportation, our most reliable tool, is useless."
His words sent a chill through Qin Feng.
’So Subspace Teleportation only works within the relatively stable and safe borders of the Empire.’
’Once you left the shelter of the Empire and entered that Dark Forest, a place filled with unknowns and danger... every single step would beco a true trial of life and death.’
’No wonder Cannan Star Martial Arts University didn’t provide protection for students on missions.’
’Only Martial Artists forged in blood and fire could face the brutal Battlefield of Ten Thousand Races!’
The senior student, his attitude one of pure enthusiasm, personally pinned the dal to Qin Feng’s chest. The insignia, a greatsword wreathed in flas, marked him as an official mber of the Fearless Warband. From the sidelines, Xiong Yanfu, Lei ng, and Tiemu watched, their eyes filled with sincere, unadulterated envy and well wishes.
"Brother Qin, congratulations!"
Lei ng was the first to step forward, clapping Qin Feng firmly on the shoulder. His voice bood.
Though a trace of disappointnt from his own failure still lingered on his face, it was overshadowed by genuine happiness for his friend.
"That’s just like you! The number one Warband at Cannan Star Martial Arts University, and you got in just like that!"
"Yeah."
Xiong Yanfu ca over as well, shaking his head with a wry smile. "It looks like the gap between you and us is even wider than I thought. It’s hopeless for and Lei ng. We’re going to try out for so of the other top-ten Warbands in a bit. Their standards should be slightly lower than the Fearless Warband’s. If we still can’t pass, then that’s that. We’ll just have to swallow our pride and go back to training in seclusion."
Finally, Tiemu looked at Qin Feng, his eyes blazing with fighting spirit.
"Qin Feng, wait for ."
He spoke with imnse resolve, enunciating every single word.
"I’m going into seclusion right now! Once I have cultivated the Sixth Gate Killing Technique to the Perfection Realm, I will return here and pass this assessnt! I, Tiemu, will also beco a mber of the Fearless Warband!"
