“Does Yuning talk to that girl?” Hearing Shi Qingtong’s words, He Xin’s heart sank.

Holding the phone, Shi Qingtong didn’t feel good. After all, she knew He Xin since she was a little girl. She turned and said to her husband, “I feel sorry for Xinxin.”
Jiang Fei nodded and said, “Let’s make a trip to Xia City to meet Yuning’s girlfriend and to get my daisy back.”
Shi Qingtong glared at him and said, “I think getting your daisy back is your main purpose.”
“You know how much effort I spent on that daisy,” said Jiang Fei sulkily. “Now it’s taken from me and I can’t eat or sleep. All I can do now is to numb myself by studying the turtle shell. I’ll accept her as my daughter-in-law if she gives my daisy back.”
Shi Qingtong didn’t even want to talk to him. She walked away, but by the door, she reminded him, “Keep a close eye on your lily of the valley. Don’t e to me and cry if that one is gone too.”
“The lily of the valley is planted in the earth. He won’t dig it out, will he?” Jiang Fei said.
“I don’t know.”

Nian Xi got a call, then happily sprung up from her seat. Fang Qi glanced at her and asked her, “What are you doing?”

Why are you still helping her with her case every day like this? Stop wasting your energy. You still have so many cases of your own. Look at those dark circles under your eyes.”
Feng Ji Chuan smiled bitterly and said, “I never did enough for her and I don’t know what else I can do for her. She might be unhappy if I tried too hard. I have no idea how to pursue a girl.”
“I honestly don’t think you have a chance. Your opponent is a scientist,” said Fang Qi. “Professor Jiang got her a robot chef. How many people can do that? Also, Nian Xi has shown some of those secret weapons she has during the fieldwork. Those are seriously amazing. She’s been perky every day.”
