Ruan Chanchan was rather angry; just thinking about how her little brother was getting bullied left and right. Did they think that Ruan Zeqiu had no one behind him?

"These are called dumplings." Ruan Chanchan handed over the steaming white dumplings that looked not only luscious but also extrely tempting. "The beast goddess blessed with these dumplings, and I brought so for Ruan Zeqiu. Since you have been taking care of my brother, these are for you."
The little r was quite flattered by the sudden favour that Ruan Chanchan was showing to him. He blinked his eyes and looked at Ruan Zeqiu. When he saw that the r was not saying anything, he took the dumplings from Ruan Chanchan and stamred, "Thank...Thank you, Sister Chanchan."
Ruan Chanchan’s smile widened when she heard the little r say thank you to her. She then leaned forward and flashed a beautiful grin at him. "Now, can you tell where the leader of the patrolling team is?"
"She is at the north patrol point!"
Ruan Zeqiu: "...." TRAITOR!
He was simply speechless. It just took a little blessing from the beast goddess for this r to sell him away. Just monts ago, the two of them were talking, and Fan Gua said that he would be watching his back. Was this how he was going to watch his back? By selling him off for dumplings? Upon hearing his question, Ruan Chanchan simply tipped her head back and smiled at Ruan Zeqiu. "Well, if you want to be rewarded, then you should listen to your elder sister and not cause any trouble for her. You should have told where the leader was when I was asking you nicely. Shouldn’t you have, my dear brother?"
Ruan Zeqiu: "..."
He was wronged to the bones! He just wanted to avoid getting his sister into trouble. Why did he beco a naughty child in his eyes?
He turned and looked at Fan Gua, who seed happier than ever, and kicked him on the bottom.
"Ouch!" Fan Gua jumped in the air and started rubbing the spot where Ruan Zeqiu had kicked him. He turned to look at the r, confused with his actions and asked, "What? What is the matter?"
"You jerk! You just told that you will be watching my back. Is this how you are supposed to watch my back?" Ruan Zeqiu was so angry that his face was turning red. If he had known that Fan Gua would tell his sister about the leader’s whereabouts, then why would he have hidden it from her? He would have told it to his sister! Now Fan Gua was the good guy, but why was he the bad guy?
Fan Gua rubbed the sore spot on his bottom and said in a low voice, "Why are you yelling at ? Just look at how sumptuous these dumplings are. It’s your sister’s fault for tempting like this."
No sooner did he finish speaking, Ruan Zeqiu raised his feet and kicked the r on the bottom again.
