Priestess Yuan was truly worried. It seed like they were careless and didn’t pay attention to the technical things–look at this, Shao Xia was now trying to steal their tricks. They needed to find a close place to do these things in the future; otherwise, anyone would be able to learn these skills and that would be too terrible.
She shared her thoughts with Ruan Chanchan. "Chanchan, how are we supposed to hide these skills? If Shao Xia tells other tribes about how we make dried at and collect mushrooms, then we will lose all uniqueness to our assets." The only good thing was that they hadn’t started the production of how to make linen. If they started making linen and Shao Xia had relayed the information to the other tribe, then they would have certainly lost their core technology.
Ruan Chanchan also had the sa worries. She could see that Shao Xia was not going to give up any ti soon. Pursing her lips, she said to Priestess Yuan, "Ask the tribe mbers to collect so timber. We can use it to make a warehouse and separate the processing steps into three or more teams; that way no one will be able to get the core technology."
Priestess Yuan nodded after listening. Naturally, she wanted to believe that every mber of her tribe was trustworthy, but given the situation, it was better to be cautious. She was worried that if the tribe’s mbers started to have second thoughts like Shao Xia, then their tribe would end up falling into a lot of trouble. It was better to take precautions before they ended up losing what was more important.
Anyway, in a few days the dried at would be ready to be shared among the tribe’s people. They had not released this information earlier because they were worried that the dried at would end up becoming mouldy and the elders would get another opportunity to sneer at them.
"Okay, then I will ask the tribe’s warriors to collect the timber," Priestess Yuan agreed after thinking a little. She had no idea what a warehouse was but from what Ruan Chanchan said, it seed like it could help them secure their production and its core technology.

"Your suggestion is really good!"Chief Xie, who ca running after hearing that Shao Xia was confronting Ruan Chanchan, heaved a sigh of relief when she saw that the two won had not broken out in a brawl. When she found out that Ruan Chanchan and Shao Xia were together, she felt like the world was coming down. After all, the last ti the two of them ended up getting entangled, her son brought the entire tribe down!
Chief Xie was scared of the two won fighting but she was more scared about Xie Daiyu losing his temper if he were to find out that his mate had been bullied. If Shao Xia so much as pulled a strand of Ruan Chanchan’s hair, her son would fight to death with her. And Chief Xie knew how terrifying Xie Daiyu’s anger was. That r could even take down an entire python on his own just because that thing tried to eat his mate following his beastly insticnts. The thought of what he would do to Shao Xia if he were to get angry, who knows what he might do?
Thus, she was quite glad to see that Ruan Chanchan was doing well and was not injured in the least.
"Chief Xie?" Ruan Chanchan was surprised to see the panting woman. She blinked her eyes and stared at the woman who ca running as if she were worried that soone would bully her.
’She thinks that you are easy to bully, darling,’ said Xiao Xi, sounding really amused as if he couldn’t even fathom such a thing happening.
"Why? Why are you laughing? Her worries are completely justified," said Ruan Chanchan as she patted her chest confidently. "I might not look like it but I am quite a delicate person."
Xiao Xi: "..."

Xiao Xi stared at Ruan Chanchan and so did Ruan Chanchan. The two of them looked at one another before turning to look away at once.
"Chanchan, tell . Are you worried that Shao Xia will leak the information to other tribes?" Chief Xie had heard about the rumours but she didn’t dare to believe them after all, Shao Xia was one of the strongest tribe mbers of their tribe and if she jumped tribes, then it would be really problematic.
Losing a totem warrior was, after all, a big thing!
Ruan Chanchan didn’t say that she was worried about Shao Xia betraying the tribe. She simply said, "I am just trying to be cautious. As much as we would like to ignore the truth, our tribe is in the end really weak, Chief. If so of the tribe’s people ca up with the idea of moving to another tribe, then we would have no other choice but to watch them share our secrets with other tribes. We clearly need more money to save our tribe from falling because only when we have made our footing known in the tribe market will we be able to get so alliance."
She paused and swallowed before continuing, "Anyway, only by forming an alliance will we be able to gather enough strength to get our ancestral lands back.
