Amidst the fury, Lorenzo's figure swayed unsteadily; the firelight illuminated his face, making him look as ferocious as a blasphemous demon.
He gripped the Nail Sword tightly, and in this world-consuming fla, he slowly approached Lawrence, like an advancing Death God.
The end was near, with no place left to hide.
"You will die too!"
Lawrence roared.
"But I don't care!"
There was nothing to care about anymore; from the mont Lorenzo set foot on this train, he had already made all his resolutions — the sinner must pay the price.
The sharp blade fell; for the first ti, Lawrence felt the Demon Hunter before him to be so terrifying, as if draining the last strength of his life. This sword directly severed the blade Lawrence raised and then cut into his shoulder, the imnse force nearly chopping off his entire shoulder.
"I am wrath! I am authority!"
The Demon Hunter roared and swung his sword; shattered steel carried fire and pierced both him and Lawrence. But this couldn't stop him; the sword in his hand once again exerted force, nearly slicing through half of Lawrence's body.
He continued to roar furiously.
"I am the iron rule! I am divine punishnt!"
The blade shattered in his hand, and Lorenzo reached out to grapple with Lawrence.
With force, he strangled that hated head, pressing him into the burning sea of fire, enduring the searing pain, wanting to see Lawrence turn to ash before his eyes.
"I am your judgnt, Lawrence!"
The sound of bones breaking could be heard; Lorenzo crushed his brow bone, together with his eyeball, blood gushing from the eye socket. Lawrence scread, swinging his sword wildly, sharp tal piercing through Lorenzo's arm, causing it to droop as if having lost its support.
Lawrence crawled with all his might, the excruciating pain and destruction left him unable to judge, but soon that broken figure erged from the sea of fire again, the only movable hand pressing heavily on Lawrence's back.
"Judgnt has co, Lawrence! There's no refuge for those at the end of the road!"
Like a demon.
Lorenzo bit into Lawrence's flesh, biting into his nape, tearing with force.
All the sounds were magnified sensitively in his ears; Lawrence could hear the Evil Ghost sucking his blood, chewing his flesh, crushing his bones, until his vision lifted.
The head fractured along the ragged torn flesh, the crimson spine extracted, sending a fountain of blood several ters high.
Lawrence's head was bitten off forcefully by Lorenzo, but it was all in vain; countless lines connected the severed head, and given ti, Lawrence could still co back to life.
But he had no chance left; Lorenzo, having lost all strength, slumped into the sea of fire. Just monts ago, he seed like a descending Demon God, but now he truly appeared to be a dying man.
"Why?"
In a trance, it seed soone asked this.
She seed not to understand Lorenzo's actions, nor the aning of it all.
"I am... Lorenzo."
He stubbornly gazed at the night sky, his weak voice carrying unquenched fury.
"I am... Lorenzo Hols."
The Demon Hunter seed to be answering.
"I will... never compromise!"
The burning Celestial Kingdom fell, and the scattered rain of fire detonated all the oil tanks, the raging flas boiled and burned, the surging impact lifting a brief tornado, several tons of bullets repeatedly pounding and battering the ground, the diffused scorching wind lting everything around.
The flas consud all sin and evil.
The massive wave of impact swept across the artillery position minutes later, the blizzard that enveloped this place gradually retreating, the Sailing Dawn began to subrge, appearing at the edge of the horizon.
