"These are the appointnts for the Grade Leaders, but you must rember, these are temporary. If you don't perform well, you will be removed at any ti."
"At the sa ti, I hope that when your Leaders are carrying out their duties, you will all fully cooperate with them. Do not let other Houses look down on you. If you ignore your Leaders, then I will personally step in, and I think you wouldn't want to see that happen."
