"Speak," Alan said. Having finished his preparations, he pulled a chair over and sat in front of Aseria. After removing the magic that sealed her mouth, he looked at her with clinical interest.

"What… what do you want to know?" Aseria looked at the man in front of her with sheer terror. She had no idea how much information Alan had already gathered about the organization, but she knew she wouldn't be escaping this ti.

"Everything!" Alan looked at her expressionlessly, then tilted his head to glance at Aethonan, the live subject beside him. He pursed his lips. "Let's start with him. Do you know this person next to you?"

"This person next to ?" Aseria's voice trembled as she repeated the question, then she carefully observed the man with the vacant expression. She shook her head blankly. "I don't know him. I've never seen him. Why? Should I know him?"

"Heh, his codena is 'Aethonan,' and he's a comrade from your organization. You previously retrieved four sets of the disruptors I took from my house; do you really have no impression of him at all?"

Alan gave a slight smirk. He knew, of course, that the people within the organization didn't fully know each other's backgrounds. He said this mainly to put pressure on Aseria, giving her the impression that he was omniscient.

"This person is from the infiltration team. Their failure was really related to you." Aseria looked at Aethonan again in surprise, her eyes wide with disbelief. She hadn't expected the infiltration team to not only fail but also have one of its mbers captured.

Then she finally realized that Alan not only knew the other man's identity but also knew that this Silver Spear had taken the disruptors from her. "You always knew my identity? And you also knew where those disruptors went?"

"Isn't that obvious?" Alan smiled coldly. "It's thanks to you, actually, for taking my tracking device. That's how I got the chance to catch these guys red-handed. I should thank you, really. But I didn't expect you to keep one set of disruptors on you all this ti."

Aseria swallowed nervously. *Were those disruptors tampered with?* That ant this young man had been monitoring her all this ti, and she hadn't noticed a thing.

"So, I've always been like a clown in front of you—a bad actor. Now that you've captured , does that an I'm no longer useful to you, and you're going to deal with ? Just like that Silver Spear next to ."

Aseria gave a bitter laugh, looking despondently at the expressionless Alan. She didn't want to die, especially since her sister was not yet safe. She couldn't die.

"I'm willing to cooperate with you, as long as you spare my life. I can tell you anything you want to know," Aseria struggled to raise her head, looking at Alan with a pleading expression.

Seeing Aseria's sudden change in attitude, Alan raised an eyebrow. The Legilincy he had been constantly casting sensed that this woman had just thought of sothing she deeply desired, and he was certain it wasn't her own life.

*It seems you have many secrets too. Do you have a goal that would make you abandon your loyalty for it?*

Alan put this question aside for now. It wasn't the most important thing at the mont. He needed to get the information he required first.

"Good. The reason I didn't directly use Veritaserum and Legilincy on you, like I did with 'Aethonan,' is because my long-term observation showed that you and the Silver Spears are not entirely of one mind."

"Don't worry. If you can truly demonstrate your value, I can give you a way out, and even help you achieve the thing you most want to do…" Alan promised vaguely. His previous distant use of Legilincy hadn't allowed him to fully see into Aseria's mind, so he could only hint for now.

Aseria looked up with a mix of excitent and fear. Did he know her secret? Why did he know everything? Fooled by Alan's confidence, she imdiately fell into deep self-doubt.

"Speak. Your codena, your purpose for coming to Britain, your mission, and what other accomplices you have in Britain?" Alan didn't give her much ti to think, quickly firing off his questions.

"My codena is 'Unicorn'," Aseria said, knowing there was no turning back. She couldn't see through the man in front of her, so she could only answer truthfully.

"I returned to Britain to assist headquarters in establishing the Silver Spears' base here. The organization places great importance on the situation in Britain, which is why they specifically arranged for to join the Ministry of Magic in advance."

"In Britain, I only know one person: 'Thunderbird.' He is my direct superior and the main person in charge of Silver Spears affairs here. He knows my true identity, but I don't know his."

"My mission is to infiltrate the Ministry, gather intelligence, and fully cooperate with Thunderbird's actions."

"My usual specific task is to keep myself hidden and await Thunderbird's inquiries. Although he is powerful, he is also a very arrogant wizard. Unless permitted, he never allows to transmit information to him."

Aseria tried to calm herself down, answering Alan's questions intermittently.

"In that case, what information have you provided to the Silver Spears so far?" Alan asked.

"I started working a year ago. At that ti, the organization would conduct trial shipnts every one or two months. These were all low-value goods, partly to find suitable landing spots and transport routes, and partly to test the Ministry's inspection capabilities."

"Before each operation, Thunderbird would send ssages, telling to check if the Departnt for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures or the Aurors had been alerted."

"Oh, we transmit information using those faceless masks. It's a very powerful alchemy item that can send simple text ssages," Aseria volunteered, trying to be helpful.

Alan simply nodded silently, then motioned for her to continue. He already knew this information, but the fact that she was willing to tell him such a secret directly proved her sincerity in cooperating.
