Chapter 576 – Please Hydrate
"Sa," Sira grumbled. "I can’t tell if I want seconds or to ride sothing."
Eros grinned like a smug bastard. "You’re welco."
"Shut up, Eros," Lux snapped.
Azithra just laughed. "To be fair, this is mild. I had him tone it down for company."
"This is mild?!"
"I didn’t activate the misting system," Eros added.
Sira choked. "There’s a misting system?!"
"Yes," Azithra said with pride. "It releases body-temperature scented vapor infused with moan vibrations."
"I need to leave," Ely whispered, face redder than the wine.
"I want to leave but I can’t feel my legs," Lullaby murmured.
Lux stood abruptly. "We’re done. This is sabotage. This is entrapnt. This is—"
Eros casually leaned back in his chair, sipping wine like this wasn’t the most chaotic lunch in the infernal realm. "Cut the drama, cousin. This is normal."
Lux blinked. "Normal?"
"For Lust Houses, yeah." Eros raised a brow. "You know how this works. This isn’t sabotage. This is just... interior design."
Lux opened his mouth to argue.
Then slowly closed it.
Because unfortunately, Eros wasn’t wrong. Lust Houses were designed like this. Enchanted architecture. Stimulated pheromone circulation. Everything rigged to amplify desire in guests. Especially the slls, soft, musky, sweet without being cloying, like crushed petals soaked in heat and mory. The air itself carried notes of want. Arousal lingered in the stone. Even breathing too deeply felt like inhaling soone’s moan. It wasn’t just air. It was invitation.
Goddammit.
Lux exhaled, defeated. "Still. I can’t let them stay here too long."
He looked at the girls, Lullaby was still flushed and biting her lip, Sira looked like she was one kiss away from pouncing him, and Ely’s fingers were fidgeting like she couldn’t decide between drinking water or lting into the floor.
Yeah. They had to leave. Fast.
He straightened his coat and turned to Eros. "Thank you for the lunch, Eros. I really an it. But I need to get them back to my place before this escalates any further."
"You’re gonna take them across my gates like that?" Eros raised a brow.
Lux gave him a look. "You can unlock a bypass channel through the wards. One-way access only. I just need to portal them out."
Eros groaned dramatically, waving his goblet. "Fine. One-ti override. But—"
Too late.
Sira slid up to Lux, eyes glittering like molten wine, lips parted in a smile that scread not safe. She moved like a panther in silk, fingers already trailing up his arm.
"Oh, why don’t we just settle here, Lux~?" she purred, voice low and dangerous.
Lux stiffened. "Sira. You’re not thinking straight."
"Oh, I’m definitely thinking straight," she murmured.
Then kissed him.
Hard.
Warm. Deep. Full of intentions.
Lux made a noise in his throat, sothing between a protest and a groan.
Lullaby, still red-cheeked and practically squirming in her seat, turned to Eros. "We need a room. Now. Or I will drag her back into the dream realm and lock the door."
"Seriously?!" Lux managed, pulling back slightly, only for Sira to pull him right back in, tongue sliding against his with zero sha.
Then Ely stood up.
"Um..." she said, voice small but firm. "You told I’m yours. Right?"
Lux blinked at her, still half-kissing Sira.
"...Yeah?"
"Then..." she stepped closer, cheeks flushed, eyes wide but determined. "I think you need to prove it to ."
Lux wrenched himself away from Sira just long enough to shout, "Okay! We’re leaving! We’re all leaving—"
Sira grabbed his collar and ripped his shirt straight down the middle.
Buttons flew.
Lux stared at her.
"That was brand new."
Sira leaned in, lips brushing his bare chest. "I. Don’t. Care."
Eros stood up casually, wrapping his arm around Azithra’s waist. "Okay, okay. I guess it’s ti we give you so room, cousin."
Lux snapped, "What room?!"
Eros smiled innocently. "This room."
With a flick of his fingers, the fairies zipped through the air, collecting plates, glasses, and leftover desserts in a whirlwind of magic and sparkles.
Azithra pressed a soft kiss to Eros’s jaw. "We left so food and drinks on the side table. In case you need, you know... additional energy."
Lux raised a hand. "Wait— can we just talk for a sec—"
Eros added, "Don’t worry. All the furniture in here is mortal-made. Break as much as you want."
"Seriously, can you listen—" Sira kissed him again.
Azithra smiled, eyes twinkling. "We’ll be back in, what... an hour?"
"Can you not just leave —"
"Give or take." Eros winked. "Have fun, cousin~"
"Eros—!"
But just like that, they were gone. Door shut. Pixies gone. Privacy wards clicked into place.
Lux stood there, helpless, mid-protest, arm still half-raised like soone who’d just realized he was the only one left in the boss fight cutscene.
"Okay. Cool. I guess I’ll just be... sacrificed now."
Servants gone. Fairies gone. Lights dimd to a soft romantic hue. The air... still thick with that damn Lust Palace scent. And now?
Silence.
Lux stood there.
Shirtless.
Outnumbered.
He turned very slowly to the three won still watching him like he was dessert number four.
Sira stepped forward first, fingers slipping down his chest.
Lullaby floated closer, already tugging off her outer clothes.
Ely looked shy. But not backing away.
"Okay," Lux muttered to himself. "This is happening."
[System Alert: Libido spike detected. Suggesting body-temperature control spells.]
"Not now, system."
[Sub-option: Activate stamina reinforcent?]
He glared at the interface. "Yes."
The interface pulsed.
[Stamina Boost Activated. Duration: 1 hour 40 minutes. Please hydrate.]
"Hydrate my ass," Lux grumbled.
Sira kissed him again. Softer this ti. Slower.
"You really tried to take a normal vacation, huh?" she whispered.
"Yeah," Lux said, wrapping one arm around her waist. "I really did."
Lullaby pulled him down onto one of the couches, her eyes glowing with dreamy fire.
Ely sat beside him on the other side, brushing her lips against his jaw shyly.
And Lux?
He let go.
Just for now.
Because if the Lust Palace was going to seduce him...
Might as well play king for the hour.
