Kyle went right away to see the real estate agent, as nothing was stopping him from accomplishing his goals but himself.
Kyle drove to Bel Air, and the air there was different. He could tell right away that there were no middle-class citizens here.
He, however, was aware of this, and the cars on the streets further showed how luxurious this neighbourhood was.
"This place is nice," Kyle muttered under his breath as he drove down the road. Every infrastructure was up-to-date.
"No, nice is an understatent," Kyle thought as he swerved, bent that corner, and realised he had the worst-looking car in this neighbourhood.
If he were insecure, he would worry that his won would fold to any one of these n should they show them attention.
He trusted Jane and Cassandra, but Calista again was an unknown variable.
Calista was driven by money and had already shown she was willing to betray him for less.
The only thing Kyle knew for certain was that she had feelings for him, and that was the one thing keeping her under control.
But what happens when sothing or soone dissipates her feelings for him?
Kyle wasn’t emotionally invested, but this would no doubt sting his ego.
It was only a matter of ti before he saw the real estate agent. This was the first ti he was seeing her entire body, as it was her face on her profile.
Kyle parked and noticed this was a standalone mansion with its massive estate.
The gates opened up for him, and Kyle drove in. This was like a neighbourhood of its own.
Kyle was confused as to why there were so many houses within this estate, but he was certain the standalone mansion was the main house.
He finally parked his car and stepped out. It took a little over five minutes for the lady to join him.
She drove a 2024 Volvo V60 Cross Country. It was in the upper-middle-class range, but it didn’t exactly spell wealth.
Kyle looked at her and noticed she had unbuttoned the top layer of her clothes to reveal her cleavage.
This brought about a quiet sigh from his lips, as this told him she was ready to do anything to secure the sale, including weaponising her femininity.
Kyle eyed her up and wasn’t impressed by what he saw. She had a banging body, but not the face to go with it.
It was clear she tried her hardest to present herself professionally while letting the sexiness seep out a little to complent her look.
"Hello there! Mister Kyle, I presu?" The lady was careful with how she spoke, but there was no missing the confidence behind her voice.
"Yes, Tracy, how are you doing?" Kyle greeted her, stretching his hand for a handshake, but his eyes never once made contact with her chest.
This was a professional setting, and Kyle could easily indulge his urges, as this would smash her quota for the year should she manage to close it.
This was why Kyle knew she would do anything to close, including putting her body on the table, which was the sad reality of this world.
They walked into the house, and Kyle was perplexed by what he saw right from the start because the house was not only fully furnished, but the size and sll made him feel like he was gliding on the ground.
"Wow, this is amazing," Kyle comnted. The fact that he wasn’t interested in small talk showed how quickly he wanted to get this over with.
He had no interest in having small talk or retaining a relationship with her after this was done.
She followed Kyle around, showing him what each room had, but this place even had its own private pool that was almost the size of a football field.
The price was justified because everything in this building was nothing but the best of the best.
"I have to ask, the buildings outside..." Kyle paused as his phone vibrated.
"They co with the house. Would you like to see them too?" Tracy requested, but Kyle shook his head.
"I have seen enough, Tracy," Kyle said in a dismissive tone, fully focused on the phone in his hand, but Tracy looked panicked because it sounded like she was about to lose a client.
Before she could open her mouth and let her fear turn into words,
Kyle saved her from this embarrassnt because her phone vibrated, prompting her to take her phone out of her little purse.
She looked at the phone, and to her utmost surprise, the transfer of $220,000,000 had been made.
Clients usually paid in instalnts, but Kyle paid everything at once, which showed his financial capabilities.
"I think we’re done here, Tracy," Kyle said with a polite smile, and she instantly nodded.
She couldn’t believe it was this easy to close this sale, as it took less than seven minutes.
"Yes, sir! We are! If there is anything you want help with, let know!" Tracy said.
Kyle paused for a second, in thought, and snapped his fingers like he had just figured it out.
"You know what, I will figure it out myself," Kyle said, because he wanted to get rid of everything here. But if he told her to get rid of it all, then there was a chance she would resell them.
Nate had taught him sothing in that regard, and that was recycling these things to people who truly needed them.
There was one thing the world appreciated, and that was a good Samaritan who fit their image of a saviour.
One who uses his wealth and resources to make the world a better place. And Kyle planned to be that saviour, because if he had this reputation going for him,
it would be a lot easier for other nations to accept his help once this is established, as he would be perceived positively.
Kyle was a good person at heart, and if he had his way, he wouldn’t want anyone to go through pain. But he had to reach a certain level to make that co to pass.
He couldn’t make a single mistake along the way, because even money couldn’t fix a bad reputation.
The deal was concluded, and the docunts signed. Kyle was officially a hoowner.
