As Wade entered the room, Harry, who had been sitting in a chair, imdiately stood up. "Wade's here—does that an it's ti to go?"

The November weather was damp and cold, but Harry was breaking out in a thin layer of cold sweat on his forehead.

Professor McGonagall glanced at the ti.

"There's still an hour until Sirius's trial... But I imagine none of you have the patience to wait around here, so let's set off early," she said, adjusting her statent after seeing the expressions on Harry and the others.

"But actually, even now, I still don't think you should attend this hearing, Mr. Potter."

"Professor…" Harry stared at her with wide eyes.

Professor McGonagall sighed. "Rember what I told you: in court, people may say so... well... unpleasant things. Rember that it's just rhetoric; don't take it to heart, and keep calm and courteous."

"I understand, Professor."

Harry, however, barely seed to be listening—his mind was already in the Ministry of Magic.

"All right... let's be on our way then…"

Professor McGonagall looked as though she wanted to give him a hug, but in the end, she restrained herself.

Taking out a bag of Floo Powder, she said, "Just for today, my office is connected to the Floo Network... You all know how to use it, don't you?"

"Of course… See you in a bit, Professor."

Lupin said politely, he took a pinch of Floo Powder, tossed it into the fire, and stepped inside, and said clearly, "Ministry of Magic Atrium!"

With a roar, the flas flared up, and in a flash, Lupin disappeared.

Harry couldn't wait to walk over and sprinkle his own Floo Powder.

"Good luck to you all," Professor McGonagall said softly as she looked at him with tenderness and sympathy in her gaze.

"See you in a few hours, Professor," Harry said with a smile. "And, by the way, I've already finished my Transfiguration howork, Professor!"

"Ministry of Magic Atrium!"

The flas swallowed Harry's figure, leaving only Wade behind.

"Mr. Grey," Professor McGonagall said, "though I am a Gryffindor myself, I must say—so Gryffindors are too easily swayed by their emotions. If... and I an if... the trial result is less than favorable, I hope you can help them stay composed."

"I will, Professor."

Wade also sprinkled the Floo Powder.

"Ministry of Magic Atrium!"

The green flas reflected off Professor McGonagall's dark green robes, and Wade caught sight of her bright blue eyes.

Her lips were pressed tightly together, her gaze was filled with deep worry, and her fingers were interlocked as if in silent prayer.

Surrounded by the green flas, Wade closed his eyes and suddenly thought of the two people on trial today—both were Gryffindors back in their school days… both students of Professor McGonagall.

They'd both mastered Animagus skills at a young age, excelling in Transfiguration classes. Surely, they'd been both a source of pride and frustration for the professor.

But now, ti had changed everything, and it had co to this—a situation nobody could have wished for.

Professor McGonagall must have wanted to attend the trial herself.

But as the Deputy Headmistress, with Dumbledore away from school, she had to stay behind and couldn't leave.

Wade thought again of his plan to improve the two-way mirror.

Professor Murray had explained the mirror's construction to him before. If he managed to repair the mirror this ti, he could start the next phase of his project.

By modifying the two-way mirror to connect multiple people, he could enable live broadcasts in the wizarding world.

What a pity… Sirius's trial would have been a hot topic…

Wade stepped out of the fireplace into a grand, opulent hall with walls and ceiling tiled in peacock blue bricks. Golden symbols drifted and changed slowly across the surface.

Rows of fireplaces were embedded into wooden panels, with wizards continuously stepping out from them. The fireplace they used was set apart, marked by a sign that read:

[Visitors]

"Hello there," said a young, plump witch seated behind a desk in pale blue robes and she looked rather uninterested. "Please register here."

"Hello, ma'am," Lupin stepped forward and said, "Remus Lupin, Harry Potter, and Wade Grey, here to observe Sirius Black's trial."

"What… oh, my goodness!"

The witch's eyes widened imdiately. She ignored Lupin altogether and stared back and forth between the two students before finally focusing on Harry.

"You're Harry Potter!"

She gasped and took a quick, sharp breath.

After a stunned pause, the witch suddenly jumped up and reached out both hands. "Hello, Mr. Potter! I grew up hearing stories about you! It's such an honor to et you!"

"Uh…" Harry awkwardly shook her hand. "Hello… ma'am…"

"I'm Louise Wenger," the witch introduced herself, and her eyes were brimming with excitent. "It's such an honor! I can't believe I'm shaking your hand!"

"Um…" Harry had to remind her, "We're here to attend Sirius's trial."

"Oh, right! Silly , almost forgot the main reason you're here. Please, follow , Mr. Potter," Wenger said, flustered but eager, leading the three of them towards the end of the hall while explaining:

"Guests need to go through the security checkpoint and register their wands. Of course, Mr. Potter, you and your companions won't have any issues, but rules are rules."

Wade glanced back.

Behind them, green flas flared up in the fireplace again as a wizard and a witch stepped out, ready to register, only to find the desk unattended. They stood there looking bewildered, unsure of what to do.

"There are other wizards coming out of the fireplace," Wade reminded her. "Are you sure it's okay to leave your post?"

"It's fine, they can wait just a mont," Wenger waved dismissively and turned her attention back to Harry with enthusiasm. "Mr. Potter, I heard you were sorted into Gryffindor, just like your parents?"

"Yes, yes, that's right…" Harry replied, looking uncomfortable.

"Are you adjusting well to school life? I heard you grew up in the Muggle world—what was that like?"

Wade glanced at Lupin, who gave a helpless shrug.

Thankfully, they finally reached the security checkpoint, forcing Wenger to stop her barrage of questions. She pulled over a drowsy-looking wizard and urged him to be courteous while checking the three of them.

"This is Mr. Harry Potter!" she said, blushing with excitent and speaking in a tone barely containing her glee.

The wizard's eyes widened instantly.

Anticipating yet another round of fanfare, Wade and Lupin simultaneously took a step back.

"Goodbye!" Wenger said cheerfully as she waved to them. "Don't forget to co back this way when you leave! Mr. Potter, can I get your autograph then?"

"…Alright," Harry replied, resigned.

Wenger bead with joy, nearly skipping back to her desk.

"Mr. Potter!" the wizard already had his hand extended. "I'm Hanson—such a pleasure to et you!"
