As everyone's gaze followed the three-headed dragon toward the edge of the Forbidden Forest, a deep, suppressed rumbling and slurping sound echoed from the darkness—like a strange beast breathing heavily.

"In the lake! Look at the lake!" soone shouted.

The once-calm surface suddenly erupted into towering waves as a jet-black sailing ship broke through the water. It resembled a ghost ship from legend—dim, eerie, and radiating an aura of decay that sent chills down everyone's spines.

Then, a tall, thin man with long silver hair disembarked, leading his students up toward the castle.

"Dumbledore, my dear old friend, how are you?"

The man called out in a sickly sweet voice, full of forced enthusiasm.

"Excellent, thank you, Professor Karkaroff," Dumbledore replied.

Karkaroff walked up the slope. As the castle's lights illuminated him, he caught sight of Ivan standing beside Dumbledore—and his expression subtly changed.

"Ivan Petrovich," Karkaroff said through clenched teeth with a voice that seed it was being squeezed through a crack. "I didn't expect you to be here."

"Surprised?" Ivan strode forward with exaggerated warmth and slapped a massive hand on Karkaroff's shoulder—hard enough to make him stumble.

"Igor, not happy to see an old friend?" Ivan laughed heartily.

A shadow flickered in Karkaroff's eyes before he forced a smile that didn't reach them. "Old friends… A reunion after so long—of course I'm happy."

Just as the atmosphere grew tense, a strange buzzing sound rumbled through the sky—low, rhythmic, like a giant fan was spinning overhead.

"rlin's beard, what is that?" a younger student shouted, pointing upward.

"A dragon—no, no, a giant bird…"

But as it ca closer, the crowd realized: it was a small, chunky helicopter—barely over ten ters long front to back, with a cabin that looked big enough for just one or two people.

The helicopter landed smoothly, and on its side, glowing letters spelled out:Salem Institute. Then the cabin door swung open, and a tall witch stepped out. Her deep-blue robes were adorned with glowing stars and moon symbols.

Following close behind was an extrely handso blond wizard, his face lit with a radiant smile and his deep-set eyes full of admiration as he gazed at Hogwarts Castle.

"Hello, Dumbledore," the witch said, extending her hand. "It's a pleasure to see you."

"Likewise, Ms. Owens," Dumbledore said, bowing to kiss the back of her hand. "Your mode of arrival was… quite unexpected."

"Thunderbirds are a bit too unpredictable—they make people airsick easily. This helicopter is our latest creation," Owens replied, then turned to introduce the young man beside her.

"This is Professor Antoine Moreau, three-ti dueling champion."

"Headmaster Dumbledore," Antoine stepped forward and gave a courteous bow. "An honor."

"Welco, Professor Moreau," Dumbledore said. "I hope you enjoy your ti at Hogwarts."

"I'm very much looking forward to it," Antoine's gaze swept across the dark towers of the castle, then settled at the students standing on the steps. A deep smile ford on his face.

Wade averted his gaze and looked toward the helicopter's door, where the Salem students were disembarking one by one. They wore deep purple robes patterned with silver-gray feathered serpent designs.

Under Professor McGonagall's guidance, the students from all the schools began entering the castle to rest.

"They all went off sowhere warm, and we're still stuck out here waiting," Michael muttered. "Can't these people agree to arrive at the sa ti or sothing?"

"So people like to be first," said Padma. "Others think the later they arrive, the more important they seem."

Wade gave his wand a flick, and a warm current of air spiraled outward, heating the ground beneath them until it was toasty. Everyone's robes fluttered in the sudden breeze.

"Wow, that's much better," ca Fred's voice from the Gryffindor group. "Brilliant work, Wade."

The warm air didn't fade—it continued blowing steadily. Harry couldn't help pulling his frozen hands out of his pockets and held them up to the breeze. "Feels like I'm in an oven," he said.

"Oven?" Ron looked confused. "What's that?"

Suddenly, the sky darkened. A massive shadow fell across the entire lawn. Dumbledore looked upward with a smile. "Looks like Mantra and Akhetim have arrived together."

Many students craned their necks skyward, but aside from thickening clouds, nothing could be seen.

Then, all at once, a dense, dark cloud descended. The closer it got to the ground, the lighter it beca—until finally it looked like a glowing white puff of mist.

From the cloud erged an elephant. It stepped silently despite its enormous feet with its long trunk swaying gently.

On its back was a gem-studded palanquin adorned with golden bells that jingled softly with each step.

Next to the elephant, a brilliantly patterned flying carpet hovered gracefully in the air. On it sat a dozen or so people in vibrant, printed silk robes, lounging or sitting casually. Leading them was a petite witch wearing feathered jewelry.

An elderly man with a kind face and dark skin stepped out from the palanquin. He was short and dressed in a simple white robe. Behind him, a group of students filed out in similar plain white cotton robes.

"Welco, Professors Usha and Sunil," said Dumbledore.

Dumbledore waited for the witch nad Usha to extend her hand before shaking her hand. And then he leaned forward to gently hug the elderly man.

"Peace be upon you, Professor Dumbledore," said Usha.

"Thank you for welcoming my children, Albus," said Sunil. "May the Gods bless you."

At that mont, a lively drumbeat and rhythmic clacking echoed from the edge of the Forbidden Forest.

With a long blast of a steam whistle, a vibrantly colored train tore through the air and pulled into view. Its front resembled a golden macaw with outstretched wings, and it left a trail of shimring silver light in its wake.

The train doors opened, and a bronze-skinned witch stepped out, wearing a multicolored cloak and several strings of crystal necklaces around her neck. A cheerful smile lit up her face.

"Headmistress Carvalho!" Dumbledore spread his arms. "Your train is dazzling!"

The witch laughed warmly and greeted him with a close cheek-to-cheek hug. "Albus, we pushed full speed just so we wouldn't miss the Hogwarts feast! Co on out, kids!"

She shouted into the train.

A dozen students leapt out enthusiastically—only to imdiately jump back in, shouting, "It's freezing! Absolutely freezing!"

Headmistress Carvalho gave an awkward smile, turned around, and one by one kicked each student off the train.

Professor McGonagall turned her head just in ti to notice that the students from Mantra and Akhetim were also shivering. They had clearly underestimated how cold the Scottish Highlands could be in late October—none of them had brought a warm cloak.

So McGonagall quickly arranged for the students of both schools to be ushered into the castle to warm up.

As she was leaving, Headmistress Carvalho asked, "We're not the last, are we, Albus?"

"Of course not," Dumbledore said with a chuckle. "Only Uagadou and the Mahoutokoro have yet to arrive, but they should be here any mont."

"Oh…" Carvalho raised an eyebrow. Whatever she was thinking made her lips curl into a knowing, slightly amused smile.
