Lucifer scooped up the final piece of parchnt on his desk and flicked it open.
From the final mber of his well, little group.
He'd already responded to this one, but he hadn't been bothered to put it away yet.
'Dear Lucifer
Thanks for your letter, and for Rowena. The Dursleys have told Hedwig isn't allowed to deliver anything, but they didn't say anything about your owl.
And she seems to know sothing's up. She always flies in late and keeps as quiet as possible. She's an absolute lifesaver.
I'm doing okay, doing my best to keep up with schoolwork whilst the Dursleys can't hear .
They like to yell if they find with any of my schoolbooks out, as if anyone cos into my room.
It's getting a bit lonely without the others writing too , especially after Ron's phone call-
Lucifer rembered vividly the note now sitting in his desk, detailing the catastrophe that had occurred when Ron had attempted to use the phone number given by Harry to ring him.
Apparently, Mr Weasley had either forgotten, or neglected to tell Ron, that the person on the other end could hear you perfectly fine without shouting.
Both, Lucifer and Hermione had received letters from Ron advising against ringing Harry.
He didn't give a reply back to that, only when he did receive a second letter from Ron, and one from Ginny today, Lucifer asked Rowena to pay a visit.
-but I know it's for the best, I don't want another shouting match with Uncle Vernon like last ti. Have you heard anything from the others about what they're up too? I've still heard nothing.

With one deep sigh, Lucifer tucked it away in his desk. He hated reading about the way the Dursleys treated Harry.
It was disgusting, love of magic or not you should never treat a child that way. Admittedly he'd mostly only heard stories from Ron.
“Literally the least clean part of my room,” Lucifer said, as he got to his feet and started waving his palm over so of the loose parchnt towards the back of his desk.
“If you just focused on one piece of howork, it wouldn't be that bad,” Makima said as she made her way into his room, carrying a stack of washing which proceeded to fly towards his now-opened wardrobe and begin hanging itself up.
“Well, I just like to finish my work as soon as possible....”

She politely sat down on the bed, while turning to face Lucifer, with a piece of letter in right hand, he didn't see before.
“You didn't have to wash my clothes...”
“Of course, I do.” Makima gave a nice smile in response, not agreeing with his words in the slightest, even if this was Lucifer's 5th try to make her do otherwise. (Not including 2 he did, before leaving Lux for Second year.)
“Here, take a look” She handed over the parchnt that just arrived, which Lucifer took, and imdiately opened.

Please note that the new school year will begin on September first. The Hogwarts Express will leave from King's Cross station, platform 9 34 at eleven o'clock.

“Hogsade?” Lucifer asked, quickly his head shooting upwards, “that's the fully wizarding village....With the Shrieking Shack!”
“It is from what I learned,” Makima nodded her head, finding her lord being so childish quite refreshing, then ford a slip out of thin air, placing it on the table.
“I have already taken the liberty of signing yours....”
'I, Makima, hereby give Lucifer Morningstar permission to visit Hogsade during the planned trips throughout the year.'
“Thanks...”
“It's really nothing, My Lord.”
“No, you have done a great job in my absence.... Mazikeen, well.. let's just say, this is not her area of expertise.”
"Quite.” Makima chuckled, while hearing that, she just found her sister doing jobs like these ridiculous, couldn't even imagine it.

Lucifer was busy playing his piano, while Delilah is singing out of her heart, without any binds.
A cover of sothing interesting and cool.
And, Lucifer was right -- she did have a killer voice.

The song continues, while Lucifer walks out towards the exit, and Delilah moving side by side with him.
Saying goodbye.
“I’m gonna do what you asked. I’m gonna get it together, Lucifer. I promise. Please don’t give up on .....”
“How could I?”
'The devil never forgets his first...'
She smiles, while pulling Lucifer into a big hug for helping her out, then just a mont later, when a passing car slowed down to a halt in front of Lux.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Multiple bullets were fired straight at the hugging pair, as they both went down in a heap, and the car screeched off.
A beat as everything settles.
Then, an unholy groan escapes from Lucifer's mouth, as he rises back to a sitting position.
His clothes are torn with smoking holes, then Lucifer just ripped his shirt open.
No blood. No entry wounds. Just pain.
A lot of fucking pain.
Lucifer slowly climbs to his feet, and goes over to Delilah, beautiful in peaceful repose.
And very much dead, his own face tightened with pain, and looks down the street.
Zeroes in on the wreckage and stalks over to it.
