Now reading: Chapter 103 - 102 Seeing Lynn's wand finally fly off from Harry Potter: The Genius Who Never Rested Fell for Hermione Granger, a Action novel by SolyuraMT.

Slowly raising her wand, Lynn's gaze swept indifferently over everyone. "Use Expelliarmus on . Try to disarm my wand."

"A reminder: the probability of disarming my wand with a verbal spell is nearly zero. I suggest using Non-verbal spells."

As soon as Lynn finished her reminder, the Young Wizards surrounding her all put on "pain masks."

Suggesting Non-verbal spells... Is it that they don't want to use them? It's that they can't!

Aside from so upper-year students, the others weren't even guaranteed success if they tried.

"Started."

Lynn spoke indifferently, her eyes scanning everyone present.

An unspoken pressure instantly lood over everyone's heads.

They had to disarm her quickly; the sa thought surged in everyone's minds.

"Expelliarmus!"

"Expelliarmus!"

Incantations rang out continuously. Lynn waved her wand nonchalantly, easily parrying the Disarming Charms flying toward her.

Her feet never stopped moving; a large portion of the spells couldn't even get near her, hitting the ground nearby instead.

The sound of the incantations helped her identify exactly who was casting, allowing her to parry the spells directly.

Her ticulous observation allowed her to see everyone's gaze and the subtle movents of their arms, using them to predict the direction of their spells and dodge in advance.

Aided by Lynn's terrifying focus and analytical skills, not a single one of the Expelliarmus spells cast by over a hundred people could hit her.

Imrsed in the tension and continuously firing spells, none of the Young Wizards noticed this.

Quite a few upper-year students were even using Non-verbal spells without realizing it.

But still, no one could break through Lynn's "defense line."

Raising her left hand, she glanced indifferently at her watch; ten minutes had passed since the start of the practical training.

For ten minutes, everyone had been casting Expelliarmus without pause.

The first-year Young Wizards had already collapsed onto the floor to rest, while among the second-years, only Hermione, Harry, and Ron were still persisting.

Half of the third-years remained, but they were all drenched in sweat, clearly having consud a lot of magic.

The students in other years were slightly better off, but they too showed obvious signs of exhaustion.

After chanically checking everyone's state of fatigue, Lynn knew it was ti to end.

Sensing soone behind her, Lynn instinctively started to turn to parry the spell, but her peripheral vision caught Hermione's figure.

Her movents stiffened for a split second. Hermione had been firing Expelliarmus at her all along, but she had parried them all.

But this ti was different; Hermione was looking at her with total concentration, her lips pressed tightly together.

Hermione was going to use a Non-verbal spell.

Lynn understood instantly. She looked at the other students who were still trying and refusing to give up.

For so reason, she suddenly rembered the distant past, back before she had ever been on that operating table.

After working as hard as possible to learn two years' worth of knowledge in advance, she received a test paper only to find the teacher was testing even more advanced material.

What did she feel back then? She wasn't sure, only rembering that she seed to have shed tears. Lynn's brain throbbed slightly.

I should let them succeed. Her brain reached this conclusion from deep within the pain. Lynn gave up her defense, letting Hermione's silent Expelliarmus hit her hand and knock her wand away.

"Success!"

"Miss Granger, well done!"

Seeing Lynn's wand finally fly off, the Young Wizards present couldn't help but cheer together.

Lynn tilted her head and lightly raised her right hand; every single person's wand instantly flew out of their hands.

"The last point I want to make: when magical power is strong enough, Expelliarmus can affect more than one person at a ti."

After saying this expressionlessly, Lynn lowered her hand, and everyone's wands returned to them.

This way, they won't beco complacent from success. Lynn made this judgnt in her mind, then nodded to the others, took her wand back from Hermione, and walked out of the classroom.

After students achieve good results or perform well, it's best to give them a bit of a blow.

This is to prevent them from becoming complacent. Lynn clearly rembered her parents and teachers doing exactly that.

Watching Lynn leave the classroom, the Young Wizards, having retrieved their wands, looked at each other.

They deeply realized the gap between them. With Lynn's current skills, if it were a real battle, they probably wouldn't be enough to take her on even if they all attacked at once.

Hermione snapped out of it, shook her head with a smile, put away her wand, and quickly chased after her.

"Lynn!" Hermione ran forward in a few strides and grabbed her arm.

Lynn turned her head stiffly to look at Hermione. "Hermione, what is it?"

"Thanks for taking it easy on just now." Hermione stuck out her tongue, her eyes sparkling as she looked at Lynn.

"You're welco. I just felt that I should let you all succeed once."

Lynn stated her thoughts in a voice like stagnant water.

"Hmm, but I'm actually a bit surprised that I could successfully use a Non-verbal spell."

A look of reflection and pride appeared on Hermione's face; she never hid her self-confidence or pride.

She always displayed it generously, like the sun, radiating her light and heat in all directions.

"Your foundation is very good. A Non-verbal spell is just a natural, inevitable result."

Lynn spoke the conclusion her analysis easily provided.

Hermione rubbed her nose a bit self-consciously, holding Lynn's arm as they walked toward the Great Hall.

"You're also really amazing, Lynn. You could be called a very excellent teacher."

"I am not an excellent teacher. I am just a student."

"That's not true," Hermione smiled and shook her head, reaching out to smooth Lynn's hair. "You have patience, you notice every one of us, you're strict but your tone is gentle, and you teach both theory and practice."

"You even considered our feelings and thought about letting succeed once," Hermione couldn't help but laugh at this point. "As for you disarming all of us at the end..."

"Was it because you heard everyone cheering, so you did it? Afraid we'd get arrogant?"

"Yes." Lynn nodded affirmatively; Hermione's analysis of her thoughts was very accurate.

Except for that part about considering everyone's feelings and letting Hermione successfully disarm her... had she... really thought that?

"So," Hermione let go of Lynn's arm and walked ahead of her, walking backward with her hands spread out, "you are an excellent teacher."

An excellent teacher... Lynn blinked unconsciously. But the "excellent teacher" Hermione spoke of was very different from the "excellent teacher" she knew.

Was it because the worlds were different, the schools were different, so the definition of an excellent teacher was also different?

Lynn didn't feel confused, but her brain began to think and reflect on it automatically.
