Kailen did not move, he stood still, eyes closed,mind calm, rage stirring.

Then ,he swung the katana, a straightforward, lethal slash.

Charles landed on the ground, not even sparing the dead monstrosity another glance.

" How are things there Arrie " He asked , speaking through the special device for communication Angela has handed over to them.

Arrie responded from the other end " We are outnumbered. Micheal is handling the D ranked Beasts whiles I’m handling the C ranked ones and the ones up to the B rank, we need reinforcents. Most of the students with us are now injured, being tended to by healers. The ones fighting are barely holding on, as they are inexperienced in battle.
