Eyes stared, silence reigned . Pin drop silence .

Two towering obsidian draconic creatures about 6 ters tall materialized in the stadium from nowhere .

They boasted thick draconic scales, each had a long arrowtip tale that lashed around the ground inasmuch as they remained floating in the air.

These creatures looked terrifying!

They flapped their wings occasionally, The force of each’s flap so great that the winds stirred with profound intensity.

Their eyes were dark,deep, and hollow.

Standing atop one of the draconic obsidian creatures was a young man staring at his adversary with a relaxed smile on his face.

Everywhere was silent . The reaction of the crowd would take a couple of minutes to describe, mixed with various expressions , however it all boiled down to one.

Everyone was gobsmacked, shocked!

So shocked that their brains could not process what they were seeing.

Conrad Ronald and his guild mbers were facing a situation similar to that of the spectators.

They were all experienced awakeners.

However this was extrely out of their league.

They had miscalculated and underestimated their opponent ! . But could they be blad?.

Not in a million worlds and scenarios would anyone have expected a teenager who just awakened as an E ranked awakener a few weeks ago to suddenly have in his arsenal not just an A ranked creature, but an S ranked one at that !!!

They had seen Kailen Darkhaven’s ability to create so sort of creatures from dead bodies, however , what they were seeing was too incredulous!!

They stared in the abyss like hollow eyes of the obsidian creatures with primal fear, even the A ranked seed extrely terrifying, not to ntion the S ranked one.

They knew the gap between an S ranked and them. Even with their matchup, it was still impossible. The gap between them and an S ranked was nothing to scoff at after all.

Kailen was not one to waste ti with opponents. He didn’t care about what they were thinking. He just wanted to get this over with as soon as possible. Trash talk was only necessary when he had to use underhanded thods to lure his opponents into losing their cool, concentration and flow of battle.

However, when he has overpowered strength over the enemy, why waste ti?

Before Conrad and team were able to process what they were seeing ,he ordered.

" Vengeful, end them! Everfrost, be on standby,if anyone from the spectators make any uncanny attempt, end them. A man cannot be too careful after all" No one would dare try ssing with a guild war. However, when had Kailen not been a calamity magnet. He had to be cautious.

Large balls of sizzling lightning, each one extrely ginormous with a diater of about 7 ters ford above Vengeful and Kailen, then plumted like teors towards Conrad and team. The last emotion that registered in Conrad’s eyes was one of regret. He had been the one to first of all offend this monster. Had he kept to himself, all this would have been averted.There would always be soone stronger than you,and just because you were the best now, didn’t an you were bound to remain there forever. However , he had realized it too late.

The teors of lightning finally landed on their preys in what one would not even count to be up to even a second ,then devoured them.

No screams were heard,no noises were made,no epic battle like the crowd had expected, no remains of clothes,bones,skin,weapons. Everything on the side of the opponents had disappeared from the battlefield and had been replaced with a charred,marred ground with fissures spread throughout the battlefield .

A raw show of dominance,absolute power, might and authority had occured.

Only three figures remained ,two draconic creatures that defied gravity and hovered above the ground, and a young man in a hoodie with his hands clad in his pocket,now patting the draconic head of the creature on whose back he stood.

He treated what had happened as though it was expected. However the environnt around him had a striking contrast to the incident.

No one was even able to explode in shock.

What just happened ?

Where did this monster co from?

In a few weeks?

He had gone from a non awakener to being able to demonstrate the strength of an S ranked awakener?

It was already terrifying enough that he had managed to beco a B ranked awakener in just a few weeks ti. But this? Even if he had to win this battle, did it have to be this easy?

He had just destroyed the Sunset Guild, just like that ?

Many of them had expected Conrad to trash him around and kill him. At the most, Darkhaven would have been able to hold his ground a little bit. However, the situation had played out in an entirely different way, compared to what they were expecting.

Everyone’s previous opinion of common sense had just been shattered.

Finally, soone managed to speak, the fat comntator ’’Folks I hope it’s not the tequila I took at work because, I seem to be having visual hallucinations. Do we have a shrink here?. Can soone prescribe so ds?"

It was after his sarcastic statent that hinted at what almost everyone was thinking ,that people were able to compose themselves a little bit and react,despite the root shock they were experiencing .

" Perhaps the premonition I had was even an understatent . The premonition showed Conrad sprawled lifeless with blood spewing from all orifices of his body, but in actual sense ,not even a shred of him and the pillars of his guild are left. This Kailen Darkhaven, his future prospects will be boundless. I can’t help but wonder if the premonitions of that person I see in my dreams, the one who will not only save humanity from the threat of the Diabolic beasts, but usher us into a new age are about him . After all ,I started having those visions a few hours before I got the call from the awakener’s association about him . That cannot be a coincidence right?"

Whiles Angela was lost in her own thoughts, the crowd had erupted into a frenzy .

" I’m not dreaming right?"

Ignoring the chatters Stephen and Rio clenched their fists as regret filled their eyes. The duo had abandoned Kailen at his lowest point because they didn’t want to be ostracized alongside him.

" To think a day would co where trying to convince ourselves everyday that abandoning him was the right choice would slap us back in the face" Stephen sighed.

" Perhaps we could make it up to him?This is all your fault by the way" Rio muttered , he really hated himself for listening to Stephen’s advise to cut off Kailen.

The Guild leaders and the influential people in the city however were silent, compared to the other spectators.

They had learnt a valuable lesson today. Under no circumstances would they ever ss with Kailen Darkhaven.

Imdiately, they cancelled all plans to secretly plot against him. Even Conrad Ronald, the strongest Guild Master in the city, had fallen just like that.

Kailen had ended him as though he were taking a walk in the park. Who were they to offend him?

Worst of all, they felt extrely terrified. The young man had no hesitation when killing. He was even smiling in the process. How could a teenager be so savage and brutal .

As for Kailen he sighed deeply then dismissed Everfrost .

Vengeful soared into the skies,then bolted out of the stadium. The complicated gazes of the onlookers filled with overtones of different emotions traced after Darkhaven and his minion, till he was no longer visible.

In a far away place in the Astral Galaxy, where the pinnacle of earth’s technology did not even grant them the strength to travel to, and even the revered S ranked awakened would be considered pebbles to be stepped on , a lone man with black hair and dark eyes and a handso face donned in red robes remained floating atop a floating tropolis that boasted extrely high advanced technology . His gaze lingered on the stars for a while then he turned towards the figure that floated towards him,another man who bowed to him with respect .

" Have you found anything?" The man in red robes questioned the one in obeisance with authority.

"Nothing yet my Lord. Over 200 planets and yet no trace of them"

" Very well,keep searching "

The man nodded respectfully,then dissapeared,leaving the man in red robes to his thoughts.
