He Became A Monstrous Genius After Obtaining A Time Dilation Artifact Chapter 506
The video of Kailen’s feat was broadcast across the empirewide and military satellites. As citizens and operatives had their morale lifted by the overwhelming strength he displayed, Kailen himself was at the mont headed towards the battlefield.
At this mont, Salarsa decided to make a move.
She stood on top of an extrely sleek skyscraper. Her perception spread outwards.
Then, a wave of curse energy swept across everywhere her perception spread outwards.
Sowhere, three individuals squinted their eyes at this mont.
"It’s her," Ross Kadn muttered. His three comrades nodded.
The trio moved at the sa ti, their figures flashing towards sowhere.
Finally, the three of them saw her.
"Oh, to think the empire will see in such great light. To send three rank 1 supre stage galactic level powerhouses after . How privileged I am," Salarsa said. Her cold expression betrayed the smirk tugging at the edge of her lips.
Ross Kadn and his two comrades, Hulvey and Josephine, did not reply.
Each one of them felt unsettled. The enemy was too confident. They had experienced many battles. Their instincts scread she was dangerous. They knew they could breathe their last during this encounter. But they steeled themselves. For the sake of their families, their loved ones. Even if they would not make it out safely, at least they would take this bastard down with them.
Salarsa snorted. Her battlesuit encased her figure. It pulsed with runes, a testant that it was fortified for receiving and cushioning dangerous attacks.
Several flaming dragons appeared around her figure. The temperature grew increasingly hot. It was as if a sun had fallen on the battlefield.
At the sa ti, Ross and the others were not idle either.
Sothing akin to an ice gamammoth appeared above the figure of Arnold. The temperature seed to plumt completely. Due to the combination of the heat and the cold, the temperature was strangely unsettling.
At the sa ti, a wheel of water appeared above Hulvey, the Atlantian. The wheel made of water caused tides to whip across it, almost swallowing everything.
Josephine, the dwarf, hair billowed. Gales of wind swept past. At the mont, several wind serpents snaked above and around her figure.
The wheel of water kicking up a tsunami, the ice gamammoth, wind serpents whipping across, shot towards the flaming dragons of Salarsa at the sa ti.
But Salarsa was not perturbed. The flaming dragons shot towards their approaching attacks.
The empirewide audience watched, praying that these powerhouses would manage to defeat the enemy.
Everything happening in Atlantis depended on the results of this battle.
Since Kailen Darkhaven had destroyed the teleportation gates of the enemy, the enemy could not send more reinforcents. If this woman fell, the morale of enemy troupes would crumble, and the empire would be victorious.
The flaming dragons and attacks of the empire powerhouses clashed.
Silence ensued for a mont. It was as if the three attacks were trying to swallow the other. The void screeched and space rippled.
Then, an extrely loud sonic boom spread everywhere. Several buildings and districts stretching for hundreds of kiloters were flattened as a result of this clash.
Ross and company were slightly relieved. Had they overestimated the enemy?
Her flaming dragons were completely obliterated by their attacks. Their attacks continued to head towards her. Then, an extrely large flaming wheel appeared above Salarsa. The flaming wheel was like the sun.
Salarsa’s eyes glowed with a faint, indiscernible light. The flaming wheel appeared in front of her and glowed with runes. The mont the colossal wind snakes, ice gamammoth, and the water wheel clashed into the flaming wheel, the runes on the flaming wheel pulsed with otherworldly brilliance. The flaming wheel blazed further, and completely drowned their attacks, completely incinerating their attacks into nothing.
Salarsa drew so sort of rune on the flaming wheel in an extrely fast motion.
With otherworldly speed, it was as if the flaming wheel had disappeared from before Salarsa. It appeared right before Ross and company.
The trio made a grim decision. There was no way they could escape this attack. They could only self-detonate themselves with the enemy. Ross had even tried using illusions and mind control on the enemy. But it didn’t work. It was either the enemy wore an illusion and mind control-repelling artifact, or the enemy had an extrely high spiritual power, which ant that she was soone with a secondary Carrier profession related to the use of spiritual power. And from what they had seen, she had engraved a teleportation rune on the flaming wheel on the spot. The flaming wheel had suddenly teleported all of a sudden before them. He, and his comrades, connected the dots.
This woman was a rank 3 runesmith. At the mont, they felt extrely helpless. A rank 3 runesmith could destroy them with her spiritual power in one go. Turns out she had been toying with them from the beginning by having a battle with them. No wonder she was so confident.
Kailen was in his shadow-armored form with all his shadow creatures. His Asura Enlightennt physique was also activated. He was utilizing his elental energies and affinities.
He was keeping tabs on the stream as he slaughtered rank 7 interdiate galactic level enemy commanders and their troupes. He saw the ethereal glow that appeared in the eyes of the enemy commander from the screen. It was faint, but he saw it. It was spiritual power.
The mont the flaming wheel appeared, runes pulsed around the wheel. Coupled with the fact that she conjured a teleportation rune on the wheel on the spot to make it appear before Ross Kadn and the other powerhouses, it was clear. She was a rank 3 runesmith. She was at the supre stage galactic level after all. Since she was a runesmith, her spiritual power was at the level of a rank 3 runesmith.
Arnold’s father and the others were dood.
Kailen sighed. Atlantis would fall today.
He had to find a way to rescue Arnold’s father before it was too late. But he could not utilize Umbral Replacent. None of his shadow creatures were at the region of the battle. They were all around him as armor. And even if he sent one of them there — even if he let them use teleportation runes to arrive there faster — the ti still wouldn’t be enough. The battle would have ended by then. Even if he himself tried to go there himself, it would not be possible. And could he even go there? He would just be cannon fodder that would just add to their deaths.
Kailen felt extrely helpless as he watched. He rembered every interaction he had had with Ross Kadn until now. Ross Kadn was one of the few people Kailen had co to appreciate. He had been very good to Kailen. This man was a friend. Kailen felt very lancholic that there was nothing he could do.
Also, he had invited the man to this battlefield. What would he tell Arnold? Would Arnold bla him for the death of his father?
Sowhere, Arnold was staring at the scene in shock. It was as if everything was in slow motion.
The empirewide citizens were having tears in their eyes as they watched. The loved ones of Ross comrades could not help but break out in tears. Even so who didn’t know them felt very lancholic.
Ross Kadn’s gaze, as if he knew his son was watching, appeared on the screen. Then he smiled.
His gaze said it all. Don’t let my death be in vain. Escape, and grow stronger.
Several empirewide citizens and operatives clenched their fists as they saw his smile... So cried! Atlanteans stood helpless.
Was Atlantis really going to fall today?
Was the stage of the war shifting into empire territory?
At this mont, Kailen saw a notification.
It was from Ross Kadn.
"Don’t bla yourself. We considered we would not make it out alive before we ventured. Also, we are trying to buy ti for you kids. Don’t let our sacrifice be a waste. The mont she’s done with us, she’s coming for you."
As Kailen looked at the feed, Arnold saw it too. He steeled himself. His father, and his comrades’ sacrifice won’t be in vain.
They had to escape.
Kailen sighed and nodded. His gaze calm, though full of lancholy at the mont.
Kailen contacted Arrie and the others.
He was not planning on staying with Arrie and the others in the first place. There was no point fighting a losing battle. Any second spent here could be their deaths.
At this mont, a cataclysmic explosion rippled at where Ross Kadn, his comrades, and Salarsa were battling.
The flaming wheel of Salarsa was incinerated into nothing.
The explosion stread across the realm, destroying many places, districts stretching kiloters.
However, she had teleported quite a distance away.
She stared at where she was previously battling the enemy.
The bastards had self-detonated themselves. They would not give her the joy of killing them, huh.
Not only that, they had managed to kill a lot of her armies in the end.
Their main motivation was definitely to kill her alongside them.
Fortunately, she was not stupid to fall for it.
"At least the end result was the sa. They still died. Atlantis is ours."
At this mont, Kailen, Arrie, and the others stood before a teleportation gate.
Everyone wore grim and painful expressions as they gave Atlantis one last look. The realm was in flas. Empire troops had fallen, and several were retreating alongside them. But so unfortunate ones had been captured by the enemy for feeding purposes. In fact, so of them would even be forced to beco vimodial contractors.
Ethan was not doing well at the mont. The Revearson clan had been destroyed. And every powerhouse in the clan, even Tirian, had been killed.
"Let’s go, kids," Shawn sighed. Everyone nodded. They stepped into the teleportation gates. The teleportation gates would be destroyed by empire military personnel the mont the mont the retreating empire personel got to the other side. Those who were unfortunately unable to retreat, would be left in Atlantis to their own fate. Nothing could be done for them.
One thing was certain. The war had stepped into empire territory. Atlantis had fallen. And for so, it was not even the fall of Atlantis they were concerned about. But the pain of losing their loved ones during this siege was unbearable.
And the empire military had learnt an extrely hard truth the hard way.
The enemy was willing to go all out to take empire territories. This war was no longer just occurring at the Frontlines. They had to be prepared for what ca next.
