Sowhere in the Starry Sea.
390 light years ouside the borders of the Ensi Demihuman Imperial Empire.
Havoc Belt.
A figure materialised out of the void. He scanned his environs.
"Who the hell is this motherfucker?"
"Is he trying to interfere?"
Kailen sighed. He just appeared here and he had found himself in so battle between pirate syndicates?
Currently, he was standing between two syndicates. Each one of them had several fleets of spaceships directed at each other.
"Friend, I don’t know who you are, but stay out of this," a giant with one eye, and a buffed physique, holding a hamr said. He was floating in front of several spaceships, alongside his troupe.
"A rank 3 interdiate stage universe level Lifeform. Definitely the leader," Kailen thought.
"Since you don’t want to stay out of this, you leave no choice but to eliminate you." The fellow hissed.
Kailen ignored him. His gaze turned towards the other syndicate, on the opposite end. The person leading them was so sort of gno holding a large axe three tis his figure. It was a very comical sight.
"What are you looking at? Didn’t you hear him? Stay out of this!" The person spat.
Kailen didn’t reply.
"Boss, I think he looks familiar," soone whispered.
"What are you talking about? Forget it, since he’s refusing my goodwill, let kill him." The gno with the axe three tis his size lifted his axe and spanned it. Several tornados of wind whirled about, accompanied by an ethereal majestic free spirited feeling.
However, before he moved, an ethereal void-like feeling spread across the place. Suddenly, he felt so sort of hollowing sensation across several areas of his face. It was as if sothing was separating those parts of his face from one another. This sa feeling transferred to other parts of his body. The sight was very chilling and terrifying.
His troupe and the other syndicate’s troupe observed as space bended and twisted across the fellow’s figure. Then, under the gazes of several terrified individuals, the fellow died. The wind tornado also disappeared.
Several thought they were in a hallucination. But the floating cleanly cut body parts of the syndicate leader, scattered throughout the starry sea and floating across, reminded them that this was reality.
Who was this terrifying man?
The person who said he recognized him widened his eyes. "Kailen... Kailen Darkhaven?"
"Run... why did we have to ss with a legend feared across the universe?"
"Shit..."
Kailen rely smiled. He waved his hand. An extrely large tear in space appeared, spreading across the place.
"Oh no..."
"Shit..."
The mbers of the syndicates were horrified as the tear in space engulfed them. In the next mont, screams reverberated across the place. Then, silence. They were not just dead. They had been deleted out of existence.
Kailen sighed.
"This place really lives up to its reputation. Also, I should release my aura. That will prevent more unnecessary accidents from happening. Turns out so of these fellows are too stupid to even recognize and stay away from after all," Kailen said as he floated through the region.
During this period, he observed several skirmishes between different groups. However, they all stayed away from him. No one wanted to look for trouble from a supre stage universe level powerhouse. So fellows also recognized him. Word spread.
Because of this, the Havoc Belt was in an uproar. Many operations at the place ceased because of his re presence, in fear of offending him. They would only resu their actions when the Mad Tactician left the Havoc Belt after finishing his business.
But many were asking the sa question. What was the Mad Tactician doing here? Who was he after?
****
Sowhere in the Havoc Belt.
Several individuals were seated across a table in a room. These individuals were the heads of vimodial syndicates in the Havoc Belt. Seated at the head of the Table was the head of the Cerulean Fang Vimodial Syndicate. He was a rank 7 supre stage universe level powerhouse. All the other syndicate heads were rank 6 supre stage universe level powerhouses. Because of that, he was the most powerful among them.
He had gathered all the syndicate heads for an urgent reason.
"We need to act soon." His gaze scanned the room as he addressed them. "According to the Intel I was able to extract from the Ensi Demihuman soldiers we captured, the empire is making preparations towards our strike. If we don’t strike now, each delay will fuel their preparation, and we won’t be able to use the elent of surprise to our advantage."
Glints of urgency flashed through several eyes. They needed to execute their plan as soon as possible. It was only through taking over the Ensi Demihuman Imperial Empire that they would have access to more life force to break into the rank 7 supre stage universe level.
As for the head of the Cerulean Fang Vimodial Syndicate, everyone knew he wanted to absorb the world core of several planets in the Ensi Demihuman Empire to increase his strength to unimaginable heights among rank 7 supre stage universe level powerhouses. He wanted to beco as strong as what the Universe Alliance referred to as universe Supres.
Everyone nodded in agreent.
"What happens to the soldiers you captured, Cerulean?" soone asked.
Cerulean replied, "They will be gifts to you; you’ll feed on them as simple appetizers before we leave."
"Hahaha. Very hospitable of you, Cerulean."
"Indeed... hehe. Bring them here."
Cerulean waved his hand. Several haggard looking people from different races appeared. They had hopeless expressions on their faces. Two twins were among them at the back of the group.
"Seraphin, I told dad about our situation before our signal went off because I was hoping he could source the help of his friend, Black Flask Darkhaven, to co to our aid. Looks like it’s too late," one sent a thought transmission to the other.
"I know Seraphina. It looks like this is the price we have to pay for being unfilial children to that old man," Seraphina replied to her sister with a thought transmission.
"I want the twins!"
"I want that one; he looks fat. He must have a lot of life force hehe."
The vimodial syndicate heads laughed boisterously. They didn’t even hide the voracious grins on their faces.
The twins, alongside the other covert ops mbers, had accepted their fate, as the vimodials were choosing which ones among them they wanted to feast on like they were a couple of dishes.
However, their smiles froze a mont later. All of them were paralyzed. They could not move. They could not speak. It was not out of fear or the use of an ability over them. It was on a biological level. They could not move any parts of their body.
What the hell was going on?
The leader of the Cerulean Fang Vimodial Syndicate realized it. Soone terrifying had poisoned them with a gaseous paralytic poison.
A rank 9 Black Flask? When did the Ensi Demihuman Imperial Empire get such a dangerous rank 9 Black Flask?
But where the hell was he?
As if to answer his question, a man appeared from thin air into the room. He was calm, tall, slim and athletic. Pale fair skin. Eyes and hair as inky as the void. Pair of sneakers, long coat and jeans.
He didn’t even look at the vimodials, paralysed. His gaze lingered on the two twins at the back. He walked towards them.
"Your old man sent ; sorry I’m late."
