"Thank you."
"You’re very welco. Perhaps the next ti we et, you’ll already be a student at this school."
The ten minutes were almost up. The instructor glanced at their terminal. "I’ve finished entering your details. You can head back now. We’ll notify you of the ti for the second round of tests through your terminal, so be sure to watch for the ssage."
"Okay!"
"Goodbye, you self-disciplined young lady."
Jiang Qiuqiu waved and left the room.
She found herself blushing a little after all that praise. ’What were my college days like back then...’ Jiang Qiuqiu couldn’t quite rember.
But today, she was suddenly filled with anticipation for everything.
The wondrous academic building, the chas flying through the sky, and the kind instructor.
’Piloting a cha...’
’Back in my ti, this was the kind of scene you’d only see in movies on TikTok.’
With a spring in her step, she walked out of the registration center. A Simulated Robot guide was waiting at the door to lead her to a Hovercar.
Just before she got in, Jiang Qiuqiu glanced around. Seeing nothing, she frowned slightly and closed the door.
’What the hell? Why do I have this feeling... of being watched?’
As the hovercar slowly ascended, a man in a blue windbreaker erged from around a corner.
’Jiang Qiuqiu?’
’What is she doing here?’
’Or to put it another way, hasn’t that woman from the Low-level Star gone back yet?’
After a mont of thought, he logged into his terminal and sent a ssage to a discussion group called "Star City Second Generation."
—I saw Jiang Qiuqiu.
—Who’s that?
—Jiang Qiuqiu.
The na sounded vaguely familiar, but the mory wasn’t sharp.
—That ’Chaste and Brave Woman’.
—You should’ve just said that! Where’d you see her? Weren’t you interviewing at Federation University? Don’t tell you took a side trip to so Low-level Star?
—I saw her at the registration center.
—? She hasn’t gotten the hell off the Federation Star yet? Hah. Looks like our ’Chaste and Brave Woman’ can’t stay so chaste to the end, after all.
What followed was a torrent of vulgar remarks.

After leaving Federation University, Jiang Qiuqiu found it was still early. Standing on the street, she took the letter out of her small bag.
’I still have ti. I’ll wander around downtown and drop off this report letter while I’m at it.’
She made a trip to a service center to take care of her errands, then went for a walk. By the ti she was done, it was nearly noon, and Jiang Qiuqiu was getting hungry.
She had planned to just find a random shop for lunch, but when she walked into a small place called ’Food Story,’ she discovered it sold Nutrient Liquid.
"..."
Horrified, Jiang Qiuqiu backed out of the shop and fled.
’Ugh, gross! So, the future does have its downsides. When you get hungry, you can’t just find a place to sit down for so stone pot bibimbap, grilled fish, barbecue, or hot pot.’
The wind was a little chilly. She had planned to buy so clothes, but on second thought, she didn’t seem to have enough ti. ’I’ll just co back next ti,’ she decided.
It was already one-thirty by the ti she arrived at Starry Sky Wander.
Jiang Qiuqiu went straight to Mo Chengyu’s house to share the good news.
"I went to get my spiritual power tested today, and I found out my level went up!"
"Chengyu, I’m an A-level Spiritual Power User now!"
"!"
"You leveled up?" Mo Chengyu was just as surprised as the instructor had been. She walked a full circle around Jiang Qiuqiu before tackling her onto the sofa. "That’s amazing!"
"You’re so aweso, Qiuqiu!"
"Then you’ll definitely pass the entrance exam this ti! You’re going to be a huge celebrity at the university!"
"I really hope I get to go to the university and learn so new things!"
"You will! You’re still so young, you really should get to spend so ti at a university!"
