After ending the call, Jiang Qiuqiu logged onto Wang Henli’s community page.
The page, which had already been bombed with negative comnts yesterday, was hit with another wave of disastrous news this morning. It was flooded all over again, to the point of near-total collapse.
Now, his community page was swarming with fans of several other food strears, all of them there to bash Wang Henli. Even Wang Henli’s own fans felt ashad of supporting a "criminal celebrity" and couldn’t hold their heads high. There were almost no positive comnts left on the entire page.
The few fans who occasionally popped up to say Wang Henli’s cooking was actually decent were imdiately sward and attacked. The number of followers on the page was dropping at a visibly rapid rate.
The once number-one strear was in visible decline, on the verge of hitting rock bottom.
Jiang Qiuqiu felt a flicker of pity. She’d had Wang Henli’s cooking before, and it was actually pretty good. He was a talented contender. If he had just focused on honing his craft and leaned into his unique "super-dad" streaming style with his daughter, he could have beco a top strear one day.
’To think he’d go down this path.’
...
At that mont, Jiang Qiuqiu had no idea that the seemingly respectable Wang Henli had a long history of shady dealings. Besides, she had more important things to do!
She quickly washed up, threw on a padded jacket, and took the dishes she had made last night and the day before out of the temperature-controlled container, packing them into a small lunch box. Wrapping a scarf around her neck, she hurried over to Mrs. Ai’er’s house.
Ever since Mo Si had left, Jiang Qiuqiu had been going to Mrs. Ai’er’s house to train regularly.
Mrs. Ai’er had a set of gravity training equipnt, and Jiang Qiuqiu would spend three hours inside each session, pushing her physical stamina to its absolute limit.
A light snow was still falling. By the ti she reached Mrs. Ai’er’s house, a few snowflakes had collected in the hood of her jacket.
KNOCK KNOCK. Jiang Qiuqiu called out loudly, "Mrs. Ai’er! Are you ho?"
Hearing the familiar voice, the old woman hurried over to open the door. The young woman’s smiling face imdiately ca into view, and her own expression softened. "What brings you here so early today?"
"I woke up early, and I don’t have anything planned for this evening, so I thought I’d co by sooner!" Jiang Qiuqiu held up the lunch box. "Ta-da! Mrs. Ai’er, have you had breakfast yet? Want to eat together?"
The old woman’s eyes glanced over the lunch box. "I knew you were coming, so of course I haven’t eaten breakfast yet."
"Hurry and get inside. We can talk in here."
An energy-powered, transparent barrier was erected over the courtyard. Sitting inside it, you could see the vast, boundless sky and each individual snowflake, but while you could see them, they couldn’t fall in.
So, eating breakfast "under the snow" had a special atmosphere all its own.
Of course, neither Jiang Qiuqiu nor Mrs. Ai’er were the type to care much about atmosphere. Their eyes were on the food.
It was already ten o’clock and their stomachs were empty. Who needed atmosphere?
The soup was still hot, and one sip ward them from the inside out. There was also the at from before and so lightly seasoned grilled vegetables for the morning. As ti passed, the plates on the table were quickly emptied. Only then did the two feel in the mood to look up at the snow.
"Hah."
"Are you going to rest for a bit before heading to the Gravity Room?"
"Mhm," Jiang Qiuqiu said languidly. "It’s easy to throw up if you go in there on a full stomach."
"That’s true," Mrs. Ai’er agreed. "Then, in the ti we have, let’s train your Healing Spiritual Power."
Training Healing Spiritual Power is also known as connecting with one’s Emotion Spirit Power. It is a spiritual power training thod unique to Federal Spiritual Healers.
This ans a Spirit Healing Master can mobilize the source of their healing spirit, infusing their emotional and healing spirits into their chosen healing dium to achieve a targeted Spirit Healing effect on an individual.
Generally speaking, the stronger a Spirit Healing Master’s spiritual power, the higher their Healing Spiritual Power, and the more abundant their Emotion Spirit Power, the more potent their healing effects will be.
Mrs. Ai’er didn’t have any pots or woks, so Jiang Qiuqiu couldn’t show off her skills. Instead, she could only help her learn how to mobilize the Healing Spiritual Power from the depths of her Spirit Sea.
This was difficult.
Extrely difficult.
But Jiang Qiuqiu got the hang of it very quickly.
