The first ingredient she brought out was silken tofu. This delicate and delicious tofu was perfect for the simplest dish: tofu soup. She brought a pot of water to a boil, diced the tofu, and added shredded at and green vegetables. Then, she mixed in a little seafood seasoning. As it simred, the tofu absorbed the aroma of the vegetables and the savory richness of the seafood.

While the soup simred on the stove, Jiang Qiuqiu started on the fried tofu.

The fried tofu was even simpler. She just had to cut the tofu into small cubes, coat them in a batter of egg and starch, and then drop them into a wok of hot oil. All it took was ti and a baptism by high heat for a crispy crust to form on the surface, creating that wonderful texture of a crunchy outside and a tender inside.

After that, she sprinkled on so seasonings and chopped green onions, and just like that, a casual little snack was ready.

These two dishes were the easiest, and before long, several large bowls were already lining the table.

Jiang Qiuqiu’s original fans were the first to explode with excitent.

Her follower count grew just as rapidly even when she was streaming with a black screen.

"I see everyone’s getting a little impatient, so let’s not waste any more ti. We’ll move on to the stuffed tofu." As she spoke, she brought out the other star of the show from a basin.

Compared to the silken tofu, this firm tofu had a rougher texture. When broken apart, you could see it was more porous, with a honeycomb-like structure inside.

For stuffed tofu, you don’t cut it into small cubes. "You need to slice it a little thicker."

In a few deft movents, she finished slicing the tofu.

"That’s because we need to carve out a pocket." Using the tip of her knife, she hollowed out an opening in each of the small white squares. "You have to be careful during this step not to poke all the way through the tofu."

Her movents were as smooth as flowing water, her technique crisp and efficient. It was dazzling to watch. Soon, a small hole had been carved into every single block of white tofu on the screen, all neatly arranged to one side.

"Next, let’s welco our other star—Gugu at."

She minced the at, mixed in an egg, and seasoned it with a little Sichuan peppercorn powder. Using chopsticks, she stirred the mixture until it was firm, then sprinkled a thin layer of salt inside the tofu pockets before stuffing them with the at filling.

She heated oil in the wok, and once it was hot, she placed the tofu inside. "When you put the tofu in, place it with the opening facing down." Sotis, high heat acts like a roll of tape, sealing loose ingredients together.

And just like that, the at and the vegetable were joined as one.
