["Based on my deductions, she probably invited 7 to 9 adults. The portions for all the dishes were about the sa, except for the soup, which there was more of. Having more soup is understandable since everyone drinks it! Other than the soup, the only thing with a large portion was the bamboo shoots."]

["Does ’bamboo shoots’ sound familiar to anyone? That’s right, this dish has appeared in the food showcase many tis! From spring shoots to winter shoots. If only one dish is made in excess, it must be for a specific person, or a few specific people. I’ll let you all think about just how many people that might be!"]

["And just now, when she ntioned her neighbor, Juju smiled. Although Juju smiles often, that smile just now was different from her usual ones! That’s the kind of smile only soone in love has! So—"]

["There is only one truth! The people who ca over to eat weren’t just the neighbors. The reason we’re reaping the benefits isn’t because of her neighbors, but because of a special soone—most likely a man. Only two n have ever appeared around Juju. One is Chen Yu, and I doubt it’s him. The other was the voice from that ti the stream went dark..."]

["? So Juju has a boyfriend!?"]

["The truth hit like a tornado?"]

["Deduction God!?"]

Jiang Qiuqiu finished plating the food and looked up to see her screen flooded with questions about her relationship status. She didn’t like to discuss things that weren’t confird on the internet.

She deftly parried the questions with a smile. "You’re all so observant."

"But I didn’t have seven people over yesterday, only three," she said, brandishing her spatula. "I guess I’ll have to tell my neighbor not to eat so much next ti. Otherwise, you’ll all be making things up out of thin air and turning one person into two."

[! PFFT!]

[Holy crap, I also thought that was food for seven or eight people. So with Juju, it was only four people? Can a single person eat that much?]

Jiang Qiuqiu had smoothly changed the subject, and most of the viewers went along with it, their attention diverted.

However, that "Deduction God" was still sharp and kept spamming the chat—

[Juju didn’t give a direct answer!]

[Silence is basically a confession!]

But just as he was posting, Jiang Qiuqiu happened to upload the rice with stir-fried pork and garlic scapes. The audience’s interest in unsubstantiated gossip was nothing compared to their craving for good food. As a result, his comnts were drowned out.

After she finished sending out the rice with stir-fried pork and garlic scapes, it was almost ten o’clock. The fine, rich aroma of at in the air told Jiang Qiuqiu that the Crab Roe Lion’s Head atballs were nearly ready.

She lifted the lid of the stew pot. The long, slow cooking had caused the once-fresh, crisp cabbage leaves to turn a slight yellow and grow soft in the broth. Jiang Qiuqiu took out the small tureens she had prepared earlier and, using long chopsticks, carefully placed the cabbage leaves at the bottom of each one.

After stewing for so long, the cabbage had absorbed the rich, aty broth, yet its stems remained crisp. In terms of texture, it was every bit as good as the at.

After arranging the cabbage, she used a rounded spoon to place the atballs one by one into the white porcelain vessels. Once all the Lion’s Head atballs were arranged, she began to ladle the broth. Tilting the large, round steel ladle, she skimd it across the surface twice to part the glistening layer of fat. The ladle then sank, and clear broth stread into its bowl.

It sounded like a complex, slow-motion sequence, but Jiang Qiuqiu’s movents were swift. She poured the clear broth into the small tureens, rushing in like a swift current. When the liquid was almost level with the atballs, the soup dish was complete.

There were nearly sixty tureens of soup, and in each one, the atball was positioned so the part with crab roe faced up. The sight was incredibly pleasing to the eye.

Afterward, Jiang Qiuqiu used a scanner to upload these soups to her livestream.

Just a few seconds later, all the available slots were claid. Jiang Qiuqiu then initiated the physical delivery giveaway, creating another wave of lucky winners.

With everything taken care of, it was ti to end the livestream.

"It’s past ten, so today’s stream is drawing to a close~"

"If you liked the food from the video and you’re curious, don’t forget to try making it yourselves! It’s getting late, so I wish you all sweet dreams. We’ll see each other again on the next odd-numbered day~"

"What’s on tomorrow’s food showcase..."

"That’s sothing tomorrow’s will have to tell you. I haven’t decided yet."

"Bye-bye!"

With that said, she clicked to upload the recording of the livestream, then closed the stream.
