They chatted as they ate their al. Since it was still early after they finished, they didn’t watch a movie. Instead, they put on their Spiritual Power Helts and played a small spiritual power ga together.
A little after 11:00, Jiang Qiuqiu was ready for bed, so Mo Si said his goodbyes and went to the small villa next door.
After he left, Jiang Qiuqiu washed up and lay down in bed. For so reason, she told the housekeeper to turn on the lights and then had it play the recording from the security monitor at her front door.
Mo Si had rung the doorbell a little after nine this morning, but as Jiang Qiuqiu watched the video, she discovered that he had already appeared at her door before eight.
However, when the man first reached out, he didn’t actually ring the doorbell.
Staring at the screen, Jiang Qiuqiu couldn’t tell what he had been thinking at that mont—
Was he thinking that it was so early, that Qiuqiu might not be awake yet? Or perhaps that he was too embarrassed to just show up and ring the doorbell?
He paced in front of the door for a while, facing the wind and snow. Then, he suddenly turned his back to the door and looked up at the gloomy sky.
After a long while, the tips of his ears and nose began to turn a little red.
Even with his strong physique, he was still human, and the cold could still get to him.
He didn’t walk back to the door and ring the bell until nine o’clock.
By then, a full seventy-one minutes had passed since his arrival.
Jiang Qiuqiu silently cursed. ’What a blockhead! Couldn’t he have just rung the bell earlier?!’

It was late, so she didn’t say anything in the fan group. So fans had special notifications set for her, and if she posted, the unique alert tone might wake them up.
After lurking for a little while, Jiang Qiuqiu started to feel sleepy. As drowsiness washed over her, she turned off her terminal, closed her eyes, and rested.

Today was going to be a tough battle. At nine in the morning, the two of them ate breakfast together. Throughout the morning, Mo Si and Jiang Qiuqiu worked together to chop the side dishes, shuck the corn, and wash and prep all the other necessary ingredients. By the ti they were finished, it was already noon.
After lunch, they took a short nap. Around two o’clock, Jiang Qiuqiu started her livestream.
Once the stream was live, Mo Si could no longer appear on cara or speak. He sat in his designated spot, his eyes fixed squarely on Qiuqiu.
