A month passed.

Inside the once quiet VIP training room, it now looked completely different.

There were cracks on the floor, lted spots on the wall, and a few broken training dummies scattered across the corner.

Raviel stood at the center, breathing slowly. His body had changed completely.

His fra was now lean but muscular, his skin faintly glowing with mana.

Every breath he took carried a pulse of mana that spread through the room.

Garion stood nearby with his arms crossed, a satisfied grin on his face. "Well, look at that. You actually survived."

Raviel rolled his shoulders, stretching his arms. "Barely. I thought your so-called Infernal Training was going to kill at least ten tis."

Garion chuckled. "If you died, I’d just revive you with a protein shake."

Raviel groaned, shaking his head. "You really have no idea how to rest, do you?"

Garion grinned wider. "Nope. And now neither do you."

For an entire month, Raviel had followed Garion’s brutal routine.

Train, cultivate, train, cultivate, without a single break.

Every part of his body had been pushed past its limit, broken down, and rebuilt stronger through constant mana absorption.

When he trained, he pushed his physical body to the absolute limit.

When he cultivated, he absorbed mana nonstop, guiding it through his veins and letting it rge with his body instead of storing it away like before.

He hadn’t slept for weeks, not because he couldn’t, but because he didn’t need to.

As a Third Realm cultivator, his body functioned beyond human needs, sustained by pure mana.

Garion circled him, inspecting like a craftsman examining his work.

"Not bad. You’re more refined now. The muscle balance is perfect, and your mana flow... It’s different."

Raviel tilted his head. "Different?"

Garion nodded. "Yeah. You’re not following the standard mana path anymore. But you’re not copying mine either."

Raviel frowned slightly. "Then what am I following?"

Garion smiled proudly. "Sothing in between. You’ve created your own variation."

He thought for a mont. "Let’s just na it the Mana Body Cultivation Path."

"It’s similar to the traditional mana path, but instead of circulating mana through ridians, your body absorbs and refines mana directly through your veins."

Raviel blinked. "Wait, my ridians are gone?"

Garion nodded. "Exactly. You don’t need them anymore. Your veins are now your natural channels. You’ve turned your whole body into one giant mana circuit."

Raviel looked at his hands, flexing them slowly. "So that’s why the mana feels smoother. It flows faster, stronger... and warr."

Garion grinned. "That’s because your body is finally in sync with your mana. The path you built isn’t about separation but unity. Body and mana as one."

Raviel let out a low chuckle. "You make it sound fancy, but I just followed what you told . Train until my body screams, then shove more mana into it."

Garion laughed loudly. "Exactly! See? That’s cultivation made simple."

Raviel shook his head, still smiling faintly. "You’re unbelievable."

Garion raised a hand and pointed at him. "You’re one to talk. Look at you. That glow? That’s the mark of evolution. You’ve awakened a physique."

Raviel blinked. "Physique?"

Garion nodded, his tone serious now. "Yeah. Your Flaming Storm Trait evolved. It’s no longer just a mana trait. It’s beco a physique, like mine."

Raviel looked surprised. "You an like your Graviton Physique?"

Garion nodded. "Exactly. Let’s just call yours the Flaming Storm Physique."

He thoguht for a mont. "It should have boosted your fla and thunder affinity."

Raviel clenched his fists, feeling the mana swirl inside him. "So... I’m stronger now?"

Garion smirked. "Much stronger. Not just in magic, but physically too. You’ve crossed a point where your mana no longer controls you."

Raviel exhaled slowly, watching faint flas and lightning spark across his arms. "Flaming Storm Physique... huh. I like the sound of that."

Garion grinned. "Good. Because from now on, you’ll be training with that power in mind."

"Your body’s stronger, your mana’s faster, and your control’s cleaner. You’re ready for what cos next."

Raviel looked at him curiously. "Next? What do you an next?"

Garion’s grin turned even wider. "Simple. We’ve trained your body. Now it’s ti to test it in combat."

Raviel raised an eyebrow. "You an..."

Garion nodded. "Yeah. It’s ti to visit the Avenora Clan. You’ve got a certain matriarch waiting for you, rember?"

Raviel froze for a second, then laughed softly. "I almost forgot about that."

Garion smirked. "I didn’t. And trust , after seeing you now, she won’t either."

Raviel grinned, his eyes burning with determination. "Fine. Let’s see if this month of hell was worth it."

Garion patted his shoulder. "Oh, it was. And if it wasn’t... We’ll make it worth it."

Raviel rolled his shoulders, the faint thunder rumbling around him again. "Then let’s go. I’ve got soone to impress."

Garion grinned. "That’s the spirit. The Infernal Training Month is complete, and now cos the real test."

---

Rendric and the other elders stood before the doors of the VIP training room.

This was the day. The end of the one-month infernal training.

All of them had been through their own version of hell.

Under Dahlia’s command, they had lifted, pushed, and crawled through workouts that made even battle training feel easy.

Their backs ached, their arms trembled, and their pride had been thoroughly crushed.

Still, they couldn’t deny that they had improved.

Their bodies were stronger, their endurance higher, and their energy flowed cleaner than before.

But still not that far from their old selves, as they were still thin and frail elders, but at least fresher than before.

Rendric rubbed his sore shoulder, sighing. "I still can’t believe we survived this month."

One of the elders groaned beside him. "Barely. My arms still feel like they’re on fire."

Another elder nodded weakly. "And Dahlia said that was just the beginner program. If that’s the start, I don’t want to know what’s next."

Rendric gave a tired chuckle. "You’re lucky. At least you trained with her. The Patriarch had it worse. He trained with Garion himself."

The elders exchanged uneasy looks.
