Dahlia and Arden stood in front of the three junior disciples inside a quiet training room.

Dahlia crossed her arms and grinned.

"Alright, you three. Now that you’ve learned... maybe half of the body, we can finally start real cultivation."

Valtor straightened up. "Finally."

Seira exhaled calmly. "About ti."

rsha held her notebook tightly. "I’m... ready."

Arden stepped forward with a small smile. "Before we continue, I need to ask, are all three of you first realm?"

Valtor nodded. "Peak first realm. I almost ford my mana core before coming here."

Seira tilted her head. "Sa."

rsha raised her hand shyly. "I was supposed to form mine next month."

Arden suddenly held up both his hands. "Stop. All of you. Don’t form your mana core."

The three froze.

Valtor frowned. "Why not? Isn’t forming a mana core the next step?"

Seira’s eyes narrowed slightly. "Are you saying it’s wrong?"

rsha blinked. "Um... is sothing wrong?"

Arden shook his head. "It’s because we’re changing your cultivation path."

All three: "Cultivation... path?"

Dahlia nodded. "Yep. The God Gym path is completely different."

Arden pointed at Valtor. "Especially different from your clan’s body cultivation, Junior Brother Valtor."

Valtor raised an eyebrow. "How different?"

Arden lifted a thick book and passed it to him. "Different enough that your old thod won’t work here."

Dahlia smirked. "Welco to the God Physique Cultivation Path. The path to turn your body into the body of a god."

Seira’s eyes widened. rsha quietly covered her mouth.

Valtor flipped the book open. "Body of a god...? Seriously?"

Arden nodded firmly. "Yes. The first realm is called the Mana Cells Refinent Realm."

He showed off his body. "Instead of forming one mana pool in your lower abdon... you refine every single cell into its own mini mana pool."

Valtor’s jaw dropped. "EVERY cell? Are you joking?"

Seira blinked. "That many...?"

rsha whispered, "That sounds impossible..."

Arden smiled calmly. "It’s possible. We’re the proof."

He gestured to himself proudly. "I already reached the Mana Core Cells Realm."

The juniors stared, shocked.

Dahlia clapped her hands. "Alright! Learning ti!"

Arden began explaining step by step.

"First, absorb mana like you normally do." The three nodded.

"But instead of sending it to your lower abdon to form a mana pool..."He lifted a finger.

"You send it into your bone marrow."

Valtor made a face. "Bone marrow? That sounds weird."

Seira raised her hand slightly. "Is that... safe?"

rsha whispered, "Does it hurt?"

Dahlia shrugged. "It hurts a little. But you’ll live."

Arden continued, "Once your bone marrow fills with mana, it creates mana-infused blood. This blood is your new fuel source."

He pointed to their chests. "Then you channel that blood into one cell. I suggest into a heart cell."

Valtor stared at his chest. "Into... a heart cell?"

Seira frowned. "That requires extre control."

rsha nodded nervously.

Arden nodded. "Yes. That’s why your anatomy lessons were important."

Dahlia bead. "See? I told you the organs matter."

Arden continued, "When the mana blood enters that cell, you keep pushing mana into it again and again until it transforms into a Mana Pool Cell."

He lifted three fingers.

"Then you keep feeding mana into that cell until it becos a Perfect Mana Pool Cell. Once you have that, the cell will act as the template for all other cells."

The room fell silent.

Valtor scratched his head. "This... doesn’t sound simple."

Seira nodded. "It sounds extrely complicated."

rsha hugged her knees. "And painful..."

Arden smiled. "It is complicated. And painful. But it’s the strongest cultivation thod in the world."

Dahlia leaned forward and tapped each of their heads playfully. "So stop overthinking and start cultivating already."

Valtor sighed deeply. "Alright... alright."

Seira closed her eyes, calming her breathing. "Let’s begin."

rsha whispered, "I hope I’ll be fine..."

The three sat down cross-legged in a triangle.

Arden stepped back. "Rember. Absorb mana. Send it to your bone marrow. Create mana blood. Guide it to a heart cell. Then refine."

The three juniors took a deep breath, then began.

Mana slowly drew toward their bodies.

Valtor shut his eyes tight. "Alright... bone marrow. Bone marrow... bone marrow..."

Seira steadied her breathing. "Guide it precisely... don’t shake..."

rsha pressed her palms on her knees. "I can do this... I learned the anatomy..."

They expected pain, but instead...

Valtor’s eyes opened slightly. "Huh... it’s not painful?"

Seira tilted her head, confused. "It feels strange, but... not painful."

rsha let out a tiny sigh. "It’s warm... kind of comfortable..."

Dahlia grinned from the side.

"Told you! That’s because you actually paid attention in class. You know where everything is now."

Arden nodded proudly. "Exactly. When you understand the body, the process becos easier. You can visualize everything clearly."

And they did as they had learned for two weeks straight, and now they could visualize the pathways perfectly.

Valtor breathed slowly as mana sank deep into his bones. "It’s going in... I can feel it spreading..."

Seira’s eyebrows relaxed. "The marrow is absorbing it... smoothly. This is surprising."

rsha whispered with a smile. "My body feels warm..."

Soon an hour had passed.

Valtor gasped suddenly. "W-wait! I think... I think I did sothing!"

He pressed a hand over his chest. His heartbeat felt different.

Seira opened her eyes next. "Sothing changed. It’s subtle, but... I feel mana building inside one cell."

rsha clutched her shirt softly. "I think I made a tiny... tiny mana pool..."

Dahlia clapped excitedly. "Nice! That ans you all ford your first Mana Pool Cell!"

Arden smiled warmly, stepping forward. "Good job. Now don’t stop."

Valtor blinked. "Don’t stop? What do you an, ’don’t stop’?"

Arden crouched beside them.

"Now reinforce it more. Keep feeding mana into that cell. Over and over. Until it becos a Perfect Mana Pool Cell."

Seira’s eyes sharpened. "So that’s only the first step..."

Arden nodded. "The cell needs to reach perfection. Only then can it beco the template for all other cells."

Valtor smirked weakly. "Of course there’s more. Why wouldn’t there be..."

Dahlia patted him on the back. "Co on... Don’t complain. You’re doing great."

rsha pulled her hair behind her ear and focused again. "Okay... reinforcing... reinforcing..."

The three returned to ditation.
