The twins burst forward at the sa ti.

"Alright!" Rynor shouted. "Let’s see how demons taste getting hit!"

Several demons snarled and rushed to et them.

Claws swung. Dark energy burst forward.

One demon roared and slamd its fist down, releasing [Demonic Shockwave].

Rynor crossed his arms and skidded back a few steps, boots carving lines into the ground.

Sparks flew, but he stayed on his feet.

"Huh," Rynor said, shaking his arms. "That one actually stings."

Rynar spun beside him, flas wrapping around his fists.

He punched straight through another demon’s guard.

The demon flew back, crashing into broken stone, but it rolled over and stood up again, chest scorched but eyes still burning.

Rynar whistled. "Wow. Didn’t break."

Rynor grinned wider. "Good. I hate fragile toys."

The demons stared at them in shock.

"How are humans blocking our attacks?"

One demon lunged low, claws aiming for Rynor’s legs.

Rynor jumped, lightning exploding under his feet. "Too slow!"

He kicked downward, thunder and fla mixing together.

The kick sent the demon crashing face-first into the ground.

Rynar landed beside him, rolling his shoulders. "These guys are tougher than the beasts."

Rynor nodded. "Yeah. Way tougher."

He laughed again. "This is fun."

Another demon raised both hands, chanting quickly.

Black spikes shot toward the twins.

Rynar stepped forward without hesitation, flas bursting outward as he swatted the spikes aside with his forearm.

"Nice trick," he said. "My turn."

He charged, flas growing hotter with every step.

anwhile, Eldrin watched closely, his eyes narrowed.

"They’re holding their ground," Eldrin said. "But these demons are not weak."

He turned slightly toward Clara. "Should we help them?"

Clara sat casually on a fallen rock, chin resting on her palm, smiling.

"No need," she said lightly.

She tilted her head, watching the twins get pushed back a few steps by a combined demon attack.

"If you really want to help," she added, "wait until they’re half dead."

Eldrin frowned. "They are your fellow disciples."

Clara laughed. "So what?"

She shrugged. "They haven’t lost once to outsiders since joining the God Gym."

Her smile turned sharp. "An outside loss is good for growth."

Another demon slamd Rynor into the ground.

Rynor groaned, then laughed from the crater. "Hey, that one almost hurt!"

Rynar pulled him up by the collar. "Get up. We’re not done yet."

Lightning and fla surged again.

The demons were no longer laughing.

One of them wiped dark blood from its mouth and snarled, eyes burning red. "Dammit. How can humans be this strong?"

Another demon growled, muscles twitching. "Enough playing."

He raised both arms and shouted, "Use demonification!"

The other demons froze for a split second, then nodded.

Dark mana burst out of their bodies.

Bones cracked loudly.

Their bodies swelled, muscles twisting unnaturally.

Horns grew longer. Claws sharpened.

Black veins crawled across their skin as their shapes beca larger and far more grotesque.

Rynor grimaced. "Wow."

Rynar squinted. "That’s... ugly."

One demon let out a distorted roar and slamd the ground.

The shockwave threw dirt and broken stone everywhere.

Rynor skidded back, boots dragging. "Okay. That’s new."

Before he could recover, a demon appeared in front of him and punched down.

Rynor crossed his arms just in ti.

He was smashed into the ground, lightning flickering wildly around his body.

"Rynor!" Rynar shouted.

Rynar rushed forward, flas exploding as he punched the demon’s side.

The demon staggered but only took half a step back.

It laughed, voice rough and broken. "Too weak."

Its tail whipped around and slamd Rynar into a tree, snapping it in half.

Rynar groaned, rolling on the ground. "Okay... that one hurt."

Rynor forced himself up, breathing heavier now. "Yeah. Sa here."

Another demon charged both of them, claws swinging wildly.

The twins barely dodged. Rynor rolled aside. Rynar jumped back, flas flaring unevenly.

Rynor wiped blood from his mouth and laughed weakly. "So... they got serious."

Rynar smirked, even as his knees shook. "Good. ans we’re worth it."

But the demons kept coming.

A heavy kick sent Rynor flying. A claw raked across Rynar’s shoulder, tearing cloth and flesh.

The demons sneered.

"See?" one said. "Humans break eventually."

"Your bodies are strong," another added, stepping closer, "but you are still human."

Rynor staggered to his feet, lightning flickering weaker than before. "Tch. They’re tougher than we thought."

Rynar clenched his fist, flas sputtering. "Yeah. No kidding."

From the side, Clara leaned against a broken stone and watched the fight with clear interest.

She smiled and raised her voice.

"Hey, Rynar. Rynor." She tilted her head. "Need so help? You’re getting thrown around pretty nicely."

Both twins turned at the sa ti.

Rynor spat to the side. "Hell no."

Rynar wiped blood from his chin and snorted. "Don’t butt in. We’re not serious yet."

Clara raised an eyebrow. "Oh? Because from where I’m standing, you’re getting tossed around."

The demons laughed loudly.

One of them pointed at the twins. "Hear that? Even your ally thinks you’re done."

Another demon flexed its swollen arm. "Just lie down. We’ll make it quick."

Rynor cracked his neck, lightning snapping sharply again. "They talk too much."

Rynar rolled his shoulders, flas flaring brighter. "Yeah. I’m getting annoyed."

They looked at each other.

Clara felt the shift imdiately and stepped back a little. Her smile widened. "Oh? Finally?"

Rynor took a deep breath. "Alright. No more warming up."

Rynar grinned. "Let’s stop embarrassing ourselves."

They slamd their feet into the ground at the sa ti.

Thunder and fla exploded outward together.

The yellow lightning twisted into the red fire, blending until both elents beca one violent surge.

The ground beneath them cracked. The air shook.

The demons froze.

"What... what is that?" one muttered.

Rynor lifted his head, eyes glowing. "This is us being serious."

Rynar flexed his clawed hand, now wrapped in both fla and lightning. "You wanted to see monsters? We’ll show you!"

Clara laughed softly from the side. "Good. That’s the twins I know."
