Dahlia kept one hand wrapped tightly around the spear shaft.

Veyrion tried to pull it back, but the weapon didn’t move at all. His expression changed slightly.

Dahlia grinned at him. "Good. You’re quite strong."

Veyrion narrowed his eyes. But before he could respond, Dahlia’s grin widened even more.

"But sorry..."

Her fingers tightened around the spear. "You still haven’t made get serious."

Veyrion’s face darkened. "You arrogant-"

Before he could finish, Dahlia suddenly stepped forward. Her free hand shot out and grabbed his face directly.

The entire arena froze.

Veyrion’s eyes widened in shock. "You!"

Dahlia’s dragon aura erupted.

Dark clouds seed to gather faintly above the arena as violent thunder energy crackled around her arm.

Then...

ZZZZZZZZZZZZZTTTT!!!

Black-blue lightning exploded from Dahlia’s palm and poured straight into Veyrion’s body.

"GAAAAHHH!"

Veyrion scread as electricity surged through his tallic silver skin.

His glowing blue-white patterns flickered wildly, as if his entire energy circulation had been disrupted.

The crowd exploded in shock.

"Lightning?!"

"She can use lightning too?!"

"Wait, isn’t the Silverian Race resistant to energy interference?"

Veyrion gritted his teeth through the pain, his eyes filled with disbelief. "How...?"

His body trembled violently. "How can your electric power affect ?!"

Dahlia looked at him with a bright, dangerous smile. "Because this isn’t just electricity."

Thunder roared faintly ar

ound her body.

Her eyes shone with wild disaster energy. "This is disaster."

Veyrion’s pupils shrank.

Dahlia leaned closer and grinned. "And disasters don’t care how noble your race is."

The lightning surged even harder.

BOOOOM!!!

Veyrion’s body was blasted backward, tearing the spear out of his own hands as he crashed across the arena floor.

Dahlia lifted the stolen spear and rested it casually over her shoulder.

Then she laughed loudly. "Hahaha! Co on, silver pretty boy!"

Her grin widened. "Don’t tell that’s all a noble genius can take."

But Veyrion didn’t answer.

His body lay on the cracked arena floor, faint smoke rising from his tallic skin as his blue-white energy patterns flickered weakly.

His eyes had already rolled back, aning he had passed out, and for a mont, the whole arena fell silent.

Dahlia blinked and slowly lowered her gaze toward him. "Huh?"

She waited a few seconds, but there was still no response at all.

Dahlia sighed in disappointnt. "Seriously? You talked that much and passed out already?"

The referee quickly stepped forward and checked Veyrion’s condition.

A few seconds later, he raised his hand. "Veyrion Calthis is unable to continue!"

The giant holographic screen above the arena flashed brightly.

[Winner]

[Dahlia Draconia]

[Representative: God Gym]

The crowd instantly exploded.

"She won again!"

"She defeated a Silverian genius!"

"And she stole his weapon!"

"What the hell is God Gym?!"

Dahlia looked at the screen, then at the silver spear resting on her shoulder.

After a brief pause, she grinned. "Well..."

She spun the spear once and carried it casually. "Let’s just call this paynt for mocking ."

Then she looked down at Veyrion and laughed loudly. "Hahahaha!"

With that, she turned around and walked out of the arena while carrying his spear like a trophy.

---

Inside the private viewing room, Slifera stared at the screen with wide glowing eyes.

For once, his usual smug expression had completely disappeared. "What the hell was that?"

Garion turned toward him with a grin. "What?"

Slifera pointed at the replay showing Dahlia grabbing Veyrion’s face and electrocuting him directly. "That thunder! How did it affect him that badly?"

His voice rose slightly in disbelief. "We’re Silverians. Our race specializes in energy control and technology synchronization. Our bodies naturally resist energy interference better than most races."

Elisa also looked thoughtful. "That is true. Veyrion should have resisted ordinary lightning much better than that."

Slifera frowned deeply. "Even if she caught him off guard, he shouldn’t have passed out so quickly."

Garion leaned back lazily and laughed. "Hahaha! Don’t think too much about it."

Slifera turned toward him. "How can I not think about it?"

Garion pointed at the screen with a proud grin. "Because Dahlia’s thunder isn’t normal thunder."

Slifera paused.

Garion continued calmly, "Her thunder cos from disaster power. It’s much stronger and more violent than ordinary lightning energy."

Alira quietly glanced at Garion but said nothing.

Garion smiled wider. "So even if your race has good resistance, it doesn’t an much if the energy level itself is too high."

Slifera fell silent and slowly looked back at the replay.

Dahlia’s lightning had not moved like refined elental energy and almost like a natural catastrophe compressed into her palm.

After thinking about it, Slifera finally sighed. "...Maybe you’re right."

His glowing eyes narrowed slightly. "After all, Dahlia is much stronger than Veyrion. If her power quality is also higher, then resistance alone won’t save him."

Garion nodded proudly. "Exactly."

Then he grinned. "That’s my disciple."

Slifera looked at him for a mont before muttering, "Your gym really is a monster factory."

Garion laughed loudly. "Hahaha! Thank you."

Slifera’s mouth twitched. "That wasn’t exactly a complint."

"To , it is." Garion grinned shalessly.

At that mont, the door to the private viewing room opened.

Dahlia walked in casually with Veyrion’s silver spear resting over her shoulder like a trophy.

Her expression looked bright, smug, and completely satisfied. "Master, I’m back."

Everyone imdiately turned toward her.

Slifera’s gaze landed on the spear in her hand, and his expression beca strange. "...You really brought his weapon back?"

Dahlia lifted the spear slightly and grinned. "Of course. Paynt for running his mouth."

Elisa sighed softly, though even she looked slightly amused.

Garion stood up and walked toward Dahlia with a proud smile. "Good job."

Dahlia blinked.

Then Garion patted her shoulder firmly. "You handled that perfectly. You didn’t just win. You made him regret talking down to you, Slifera, and God Gym."

Dahlia’s grin widened. "Of course. I’m your first disciple."

Garion nodded seriously. "Exactly."

Then he looked at the spear and laughed again. "And stealing his spear at the end? Beautiful finish."

Dahlia proudly placed one hand on her chest. "I learned from the best."

Alira looked at both of them silently.

For so reason, she was starting to understand why God Gym sounded so dangerous.
