This volu is ushering in a new major plot; the preceding Chapters need to lay down so groundwork, making them very dull, like when Huang Yi just reincarnated to the Singapore continent, writing about daily trivia was hard to make exciting.
But this setup is essential; enough information must be provided to slowly build up to the next climax.
