At this mont, Huang Yi is in the morgue of Heroes’ Prison, selecting suitable materials for a new incarnation.
He shuttles between massive corpses, each of which had been a renowned hero, having penned legends and epics, and changed history.
Yet he directly passes them by, heading towards the end of the morgue.
In the previous incarnation, he used the materials of a Void God’s corpse, but it wasn’t strong enough to deal with masters like the Seven Archdemons; it could easily be destroyed. Most of these corpses in Heroes’ Prison no longer catch his eye.
This ti, he needs the top-level materials to create an ultimate incarnation.
Only the corpse materials of Mortal Gods and True Gods et his requirents, and even in Heroes’ Prison, such materials are incredibly rare.
Finally, he arrives at the end of the morgue, halts his steps, and looks up to gaze at the mighty corpses ahead.
These are the most powerful corpses in the entire Heroes’ Prison—eight in total.
The eight corpses lie ahead like eight mountain ranges, exuding formidable pressure; even after countless years of death, they seem rely asleep and could awaken at any mont.
Among these eight corpses, five are Mortal Gods’ corpses, and the three positioned centrally are corpses of Deities.
Many people find it hard to believe that even beings as strong as Deities can die!
Deities transcend ordinary definitions of death, capable of eternal life barring unforeseen changes.
Even in death, their souls do not journey to the Underworld but can instead resurrect; death does not pose a true danger to them.
To truly kill a Deity, one must shatter the Deity’s Divinity, stripping them of divine power; only then can they be truly killed. The Deity’s Divine Soul will go to the Underworld to rest in God’s Tomb. If they have committed significant sins, they will go to Hell for punishnt.
Huang Yi stood before the closest corpse to him, scrutinized it for a mont, and then took out the Book of Heroes to examine it.
Recently, after officially becoming the Prison Warden of Heroes’ Prison, the Book of Heroes underwent changes, now including summaries and data about every corpse, allowing insight into their pasts.
Soon, Huang Yi found information on this corpse, and the mont he saw its na, he was stunned—
Thunder God!
This corpse belonged to a Deity from the Divine Realm—the Thunder God.
This happened to be the sa na as his good brother, Thunder God!
Thunder God once ranked 72nd among the 132 Deities in the Divine Realm, wielding potent thunder and lightning powers, surpassing even the Thunder Empress, a God Sealer from the Second World.
But later, he was shattered by the Barbarian God from the Demon Realm, reduced to a False God, and subsequently captured by several masters from the Death God’s Temple, imprisoned in Heroes’ Prison’s cell number 9, ultimately dying from severe injuries, his Divine Soul journeying to God’s Tomb in the Underworld, leaving only this corpse.
"Shattered by the Barbarian God?" Huang Yi was sowhat surprised. His Nefalem’s Blood ability could create replicas of the 108 Great Demon Gods, and the Barbarian God ranked last among the 108 Great Demon Gods, representing the weakest strength.
But that was rely the Barbarian God’s ranking when first sealing his divine status in the Heaven Realm. The Barbarian God is the son of the War God and the Goddess of the Night, a being born in violation of heavenly regulations—the Son of God, second only to Nefalem, possessing imnse potential. His progress was rapid, and he has beco one of the strongest Demon Gods in the Demon Realm, having killed nurous Deities from the Divine Realm.
The Thunder God’s corpse has been dead for countless years yet still buzzes with electricity, impassable for mortals. He seems to have died with unresolved grievances, eyes wide open like two thunder balls, striking out small bolts of lightning.
This corpse no longer possesses Divine Power, only so residual aura, still incredibly powerful; if exposed outside, a vast region would beco a forbidden thunderstorm zone, unreachable even for typical demigods.
Huang Yi reached out to touch the corpse; lightning struck his body, causing no harm.
"Your Eyes of the Thunder God, I’ll use them as the eyes of my incarnation!" Huang Yi stared at the Thunder God’s stubbornly open eyes and spoke.
...
Deep within the distant starry sky, Xue Huan leads his children, flying swiftly forward.
The small snakes, only recently born, face the fierce cosmic winds as if they were gentle breezes.
This batch of snakes absorbed the power of Xue Huan and the Clone of the Barbaric God, and devoured dusa the Gorgon, the Void God’s Essence of Life, possessing extraordinary constitution, representing the hope for the revival of the Nashash Clan.
At this mont, a small snake rubbed its tiny head against Xue Huan, flicking its tongue playfully as if acting coy.
"Sweetie, don’t be anxious, it’s just up ahead!" Xue Huan said, pointing forward to the starry sky’s end.
At the end of the starry sky lies a peculiar flesh-red star, its light extrely faint, inconspicuous among the brilliant stars.
The star is flesh-like, covered with thick blood and flesh, riddled with ravines, like a giant brain, its flesh seemingly pulsating.
"That is the head I left behind when I sealed my divinity years ago, filled with power; once I absorb this divine head, I will reach the level of a Mortal God. Afterward, even if the Barbarian God truly acts against , I won’t be completely defenseless."
Years ago, when Xue Huan died sealing his divinity, his body fell and transford the Fallen God Continent, while his head flew into the vast starry sky, becoming a star; however, the facial features of this head were stripped out and beca part of the Formation Eye of the Giant Formation in the Second World.
He originally intended to rge his soul with this head, but his subordinate, the Crimson Sea Demon King, failed in their duties, not sending his soul to the Barbarian God Temple before being intercepted by a master from the Death God’s Temple, now resting in Huang Yi’s hands.
Soon, Xue Huan descended upon the head with his brood.
The sky is dark red, glowing with crimson lightning, the ground is a pulsating flesh, feet subrged into bloody waters, like an endless blood and flesh swamp.
This head is filled with Divine Power, Essence of Life, and exclusive Nashash Clan power, far superior to the corpse materials in the morgue of Heroes’ Prison. When he died, he deliberately preserved a large portion of his Divine Power, and throughout the ages, this head has remained hidden here, absorbing the cosmic essence from starlight, moonlight, and sunlight.
No one has ever discovered this head; if found, absorbing its power would be difficult because the head is protected by the God Sealer’s ward, and bears Nashash’s Kiss of Death’s venom, lethal to touch.
"Children! Go on! Feast well! Leave the leftovers for !" Xue Huan gazed lovingly at the blood-drenched swamp ahead, smiling.
The dozens of little snakes entwined around him promptly flew out, diving into the flesh of the earth below, voraciously devouring the power of this head.
