Huang Yi, seeing this situation, imdiately beca extrely cautious. He patted the little dragon beneath him and said, "Fly slower, there seems to be danger ahead."

The little dragon obediently nodded its head and promptly slowed down its speed. Over the past few days of travel, Huang Yi had found so Spirit Grass to feed it, which made the scales on its forehead grow to a hundred and fifty or sixty in number, looking glittering with gold and quite majestic. Nevertheless, it was still in its juvenile phase and had no combat power.

Gradually, the little dragon finally brought Huang Yi to the region shrouded in dark clouds. The warm sunlight was instantly cut off, and Huang Yi was imdiately enveloped in the thick shadow cast by the heavy clouds, making the atmosphere turn slightly chillier.

Even more bizarre was the land beneath the dark clouds which had suddenly beco barren. The ground looked as though it had been doused in ink, turning into an unpleasant grey-black color. The forests that had been rich and luxuriant were now completely withered and bare, with the ground carpeted in grey-black withered branches and leaves.

There was still not a single creature here, no bird song, no beast roar, not even a mouse; the place was deadly silent. The "whoosh whoosh" sound of the little dragon flapping its wings was exceptionally distinct as if it was the only sound in the heavens and earth.

The entire world here seed like a lost land, from the sky to the ground, not a speck of hope was visible.

Huang Yi’s gaze was firmly fixed below, his attention heightened to the extre, always watching for any movent around him. His Third Eye had already been opened well ahead of ti, with its sharp gaze even penetrating the ground, allowing it to see buried things.

The little dragon carried Huang Yi deeper and deeper, and the scenes that t their eyes beca more and more dilapidated. Even the puddles with stagnant water turned into stinky pools, and the trees had corroded beyond recognition, rotting into heaps.

However, up to this point, Huang Yi had still not seen any clues, unknowing of how all this ca to be. But as they got closer and closer to the Dragon Tomb, combined with the miserable state of the land, Huang Yi could not help attributing all of this to the Dragon Tomb.

Finally, the little dragon brought Huang Yi to the location of the Dragon Tomb as shown on the map. In front of them was a huge valley flanked by two steep cliffs that looked like they had been cleaved by a knife, the stones of the cliffs were thoroughly black, giving the appearance that the two cliffs ford a giant gateway. And the valley betwixt bore an intense aura of decay to the utmost extent—a stark manifestation of the drastic changes in the depths of the Demonic Beast Mountain Range!

All of this was indeed related to the Dragon Tomb! Huang Yi surmised that so kind of incident must have occurred with the Dragon Tomb, affecting the surrounding Demonic Beast Mountain Range!

"Let’s go!" Huang Yi patted the little dragon beneath him, urging it to fly into the valley. His expression was solemn, supposing this journey to the Dragon Tomb would be far more difficult than imagined. Originally, he had wanted his original body to teleport over to increase his strength, but seeing the situation, he hesitated.

These past few days, his original body had level grinded up to Level 136, and Yang Yuheng had also reached Level 136, leveling up to match him, albeit with a lower experience percentage. Besides, the world’s top three hundred plus on the leaderboard were all at Level 135, those were the top players among the regular players, grinding levels at more than twice the speed of Rare Class Holders.

Huang Yi’s position as world number one on the leaderboard was about to be taken. If his original body encountered an accident here and died, losing a level would be an unbearable loss. He would imdiately fall to several hundredth place on the leaderboard – he absolutely could not afford to die.

The little dragon flapped its wings, carrying Huang Yi through the valley. The surrounding wind carried a foul stench, subtly flowing towards the depths of the valley, as if there was a black hole there, devouring everything, not sparing even the wind.

Soon, the little dragon took Huang Yi to the deepest part of the valley. In front stood a colossal Dragon Head, towering a hundred ters high, imposing and majestic; even as an inanimate object, it still emitted a Dragon’s Might. Its eyes seed to glare at the heavens furiously as if in the next mont it would soar into the sky, looking down upon the world with pride. The Dragon Mouth was pitch-black inside, its destination unknown, with the valley’s wind converging into it. On the ground at the mouth of the Dragon, there were sporadic black bloodstains, as though sothing had been dragged in from the outside of the valley, leaving behind streaks of blood on the ground.

The scene before him was sowhat reminiscent of the entrance to Huang Yi’s Heroes’ Prison; both featured Dragon Heads and entailed entering through a Dragon Mouth. The only difference was that the Dragon Head before him was that of a Golden Holy Dragon, while his Heroes’ Prison had the head of a Dark Demon Dragon.

Huang Yi dismounted the little dragon and descended from the air, stepping onto the pitch-black ground. He took a deep breath, looked at the black Dragon Mouth, and cautiously stepped forward. The little dragon returned to its original size, laying on his back, clutching his neck tightly with its little paws, and fell into a deep sleep, as if the sky could fall down and it wouldn’t be its concern.

At that mont, Huang Yi stepped into the Dragon Mouth.

Just that instant, the Dragon Eyes on that Dragon Head montarily flashed a gleam of light, as if it had co to life. But Huang Yi had no inkling of this.

Now, displayed before Huang Yi was a dark passageway, sloping downwards, filled with the putrid scent of rotting flesh, nauseating to the senses. He pinched his nose and moved onward, always vigilant of his surroundings. The floor of the passageway was slightly soft, its composition uncertain, while the walls bore a bloody red hue, as if they were made of actual flesh. Huang Yi felt as though he was walking inside the body of a real dragon, a truly bizarre sensation.

After walking for more than ten minutes, Huang Yi finally erged from the passageway. Ahead was a vast pit, the pit spanned over a dozen square kiloters; the source of the stench lay there.

Huang Yi looked down and was montarily taken aback.

Within the massive pit were creatures as nurous as the sands of the Ganges, a sight with no end in sight. They filled the pit, comprised of ordinary wild animals and powerful Magical Beasts alike. There were Demon Tiger Fangs, Black Horned Beasts, Flying Leopards, and other famous Holy Domain Beasts, and also so bizarre creatures with nas no one could recall, all piled up in this pit. The blood of these innurable creatures mixed together, forming a red-black fluid that flowed into another passageway, leading who knows where.

Just looking at this scene was enough to make one’s hair stand on end, a living hell on earth, too tragic!

"Roar!" Just then, a desperate roar ca from the pit below, and Huang Yi imdiately turned his head to look in the direction of the sound.

He saw countless magical beasts in the pit below, among them a Flying Leopard with its wings broken, struggling to climb up the pit, seemingly trying to escape from this hellish world. But its wings were already broken; it couldn’t climb out, and could only howl futilely and desperately, slowly waiting for death.

Besides the Flying Leopard, there were many magical beasts that were not dead yet, gasping for breath in the pit, waiting for the end of their lives.

At that mont, many of the still-living magical beasts looked up and saw Huang Yi. Their eyes, which were once fierce, were suddenly filled with pleading, as if wanting Huang Yi to put them out of their misery and not let them be tortured in this giant pit anymore.

Huang Yi swept over those tragic eyes and finally took a step forward, leaving behind a footprint, which was unmistakably the God of Slaughter’s Mark!

The next mont, his real body suddenly teleported from the distant Dragon City!

He decided to finish off these undead magical beasts, partly out of humanitarianism, to lessen their suffering. On the other hand, he would take advantage of the situation for level grinding, as many of these magical beasts were of the Holy Domain Rank, and unlike secret realms, the Holy Domain NPCs in the wilderness were all leaders, with Experience Points far exceeding those of common monsters and Elite Monsters; he had no idea how much faster his level grinding would be!

Originally, Huang Yi had a Leader’s Double Experience Pill, which, if consud before killing a BOSS, would grant him double the Experience Points of that BOSS. But since there were no Heavenly Domain Level BOSSes here, he refrained from using it as the opportunity was only once. However, his Double Experience Potion was only effective against common monsters and Elite Monsters and did not work on a BOSS.

Huang Yi set his Experience Points distribution ratio, taking all the Experience Points for himself. Now that his first place on the World Rankings was at risk, he would maintain it for as long as possible. As for the Little Dragon, he was not planning to level it up for now; it was a bottomless pit, and he would find another way later.

After that, Huang Yi jumped down into the giant pit, wielding the Bloodstained War Halberd that had already fused with three parts, and began to play the role of Reaper.

"Scorched Earth!"

"Storm of Thunder Clouds!"

"Judgnt!"

"End of the World!"

When Huang Yi made his move, it was four major wide-ranging attacks! In an instant, the ground was covered with scorching Magma, the air filled with dense Thunder and Lightning, toxins scattered in the air, and who knows how many magical beasts were covered, reaping those undead lives.

Huang Yi’s Attack Power was one of the highest among players worldwide, and with these attack skills, those severely injured Junior and Interdiate Holy Domain Beasts could not withstand it.

Sure enough, so magical beasts dangling by a thread of life perished under these powerful attacks! A bounty of Experience Points showered upon Huang Yi alone.

His Experience Percentage was at Level 136, 7%, but after this round of attacks, it surged to 37%! In comparison, leveling up inside the Tower of Pantheons was like crawling.

Huang Yi looked around, searching for those magical beasts that were still alive, finishing them off one by one!

"Pfft!" A 142-level Interdiate Holy Domain Flying Leopard was stabbed to death directly by Huang Yi’s Heavy Judgnt, ending its tortured existence.

"Crack!" A 150-level Interdiate Holy Domain Dragon Fang Snake had its vitals shattered by Huang Yi, its body contracting and turning into a corpse.

...

Just like that, one after another, Holy Domain BOSSes that were usually tough opponents expired beneath Huang Yi’s Bloodstained War Halberd. With each kill, his Experience Points visibly leaped up a notch. (To be continued.
