Beitang Yao couldn’t resist the itch in his heart and let himself fiercely embrace her slender body, kissing her passionately. Just when the kiss was overwhelming and they were lost in ti, her stomach suddenly growled, halting his deepening advance!

With that, Beitang Yao pressed the phone line to order the dishes to be served.
Xia Qingqian held her stomach, biting her lip and cursing herself silently: Xia Qingqian, oh Xia Qingqian, how could you be so awkward?! Feeling hungry at such a mont?

Xia Qingqian responded with a quiet "Oh" and got up to freshen up quickly. She dared not dawdle, and shortly after she ca out, she caught a whiff of the aroma wafting in, making her stomach grumble even louder. This made Beitang Yao, seated not far away, lift his gaze to glance at her.
At that mont, she wished she could find a hole to hide in.
"Co here." He beckoned to her and pointed to the seat opposite him, signaling her to sit in front of him.
She walked over, pulled out a chair, and sat down, but she dared not start eating first. Beitang Yao looked at her and raised an eyebrow, saying, "Why not eat?"
"Hmm? Oh!" She snapped back to reality, quickly glanced at Beitang Yao, then picked up the knife and fork, starting to eat the steak in front of her. As she cut the at, the sound of the knife scraping the plate startled her, causing her to pause her actions and sneak a glance at Beitang Yao.
At the dining table, Beitang Yao was extrely strict about etiquette, summarizing everything with his rule of not talking while sleeping or eating.
Beitang Yao forked a small piece of neatly cut beef, placing it in his mouth and chewing it slowly, his movents exceptionally graceful. Even while eating, he exuded a noble aura that only Beitang Yao could achieve.
"Why did you stop? Isn’t your stomach hungry?" Beitang Yao appeared not to scold her but rather asked her considerately.
Xia Qingqian smiled, burying her head in cutting her steak again. This ti she was more mindful, and her movents were much gentler.

He glanced at Xia Qingqian before getting up and walking to the balcony to take the call, while Xia Qingqian continued eating absent-mindedly, holding her breath, not daring to eavesdrop on his conversation.
Beitang Yao finished his call, standing in silence at the original spot for a while, before finally sliding open the glass door and walking back. He picked up his suit, appearing as if he was about to leave.
As he passed the dining table, he looked at Xia Qingqian and said, "Eat well and don’t go anywhere. Rest here after you’re full, and wait for to co back to pick you up."
