Beitang Yao quietly observed her. It was as if she had beco a different person in just a turn. He remained silent, trying to see through her thoughts with his eyes.
His silence was the best answer. She smiled and said, "Young Master, what we’re doing is unfair to Miss Gu. I can stay by your side, but please don’t do anything to hurt Miss Gu, okay?"
"Ziqian has been here? What did you say to her?" He raised an eyebrow slightly, unease in his gaze.
Ha, it was about what she said to Gu Ziqian, not what Gu Ziqian said to her. His question revealed that his heart was protecting Gu Ziqian, but if that was the case, why did he still want her? That insane possessiveness made her feel like she was truly the culprit, destroying soone else’s happiness.
