"Second Uncle, we haven’t yet determined a winner between us. How can we end this early?"
Bo Tinghao t his second uncle’s cold gaze and frowned, "Are you afraid she’ll fall for too? From a human emotional perspective, any affection shouldn’t be bound by formality or prejudice. Second Uncle, I hope you won’t stop from asking Shini out!"
"Love, at its core, is about eting the right person at the right ti. Whether this timing with Shini is right, only I can judge. So, to not waste ti and the blessings the heavens have given to find my true other half, I will cautiously pursue her."
Bo Sishen’s eyes darkened as he stared straight at Bo Tinghao, "The ideal end for a relationship is mutual admiration and choosing to stay together. It’s an ancient saying that deep love never lasts. She is your aunt, and for you to have feelings for her, is that even right?"
"Second Uncle, love doesn’t differentiate like that. I like her; I am moved by her. Is that wrong? You can’t expect to step back just because you t her first! Second Uncle, you’ve said before that happiness must be fought for by oneself. Haven’t you always wanted to co out of my lancholia? Now that I’ve found the girl who can pull out of it, you want to push back down?"
Bo Tinghao’s words landed heavily in Bo Sishen’s heart, causing his brows to furrow deeply for no apparent reason.
Bo Tinghao has really grown up, even able to speak about love so fluently.
He even has his own reasoning.
"Tinghao, go ask her out. I won’t stop you." Bo Sishen’s gaze grew ever grimr.
He was just angry that a re phone call had disrupted the atmosphere between the two.
"Second Uncle, you can’t even stop if you wanted. That is if you don’t want Shini to hate you."
Bo Tinghao continued, "Second Uncle, does Grandpa know that you’re a professor at Ying University? Not managing Bo Group and the military, but coming here instead; is it because you feel threatened by ?"
"You’ve invested in all the major universities in Z country. Will you be attending our Royal Music Academy’s opening ceremony?"
Bo Tinghao said as he opened the door and got out of the car.
Bo Sishen watched Bo Tinghao leave, his deep eyes growing even darker.
...
When Mu Shini arrived at the classroom, Shen Chengcheng had already saved her a seat.
Seeing Mu Shini enter, Shen Chengcheng lowered her voice into the phone, "Bo Da Shen, I know what to do. Don’t worry, not even a hundred Bo Tinghaos could steal your little wife from !"
Shen Chengcheng hung up and waved at Mu Shini.
As soon as Mu Shini sat down, Shen Chengcheng gossiped:
"Nian Nian, where did you go with Uncle last night? Did you get a room?"
Mu Shini glared at Shen Chengcheng and quickly covered his mouth, "Can you keep your voice down!"
Shen Chengcheng removed Mu Shini’s small hand,
"Nian Nian, are you not worried that your husband will get jealous when you’re so openly going around with other n?"
Mu Shini glared at Shen Chengcheng again, "Don’t talk nonsense! I’m not planning to cheat!"
"Oh, really? An Uncle Hei Che and a Bo Tinghao, you think I’m blind?" Shen Chengcheng opened her book and said incredulously.
"Instead of , who were you talking to? As soon as I walked over, you suspiciously hung up. Are you afraid I’ll hear sothing I shouldn’t?" Mu Shini shifted the subject to Shen Chengcheng.
Shen Chengcheng’s face froze montarily before joking, "Yes, of course, I’m afraid you’ll hear it!"
"The teacher is here!"
Shen Chengcheng noted as the teacher walked in.
Mu Shini turned slightly and whispered, "I asked you to look into the woman around Uncle. How’s the investigation going?"
It’s been so many days; you should have found sothing by now?
