"Why don’t you co to the office now, and we’ll talk about what to do in detail."
"Oh, alright then."
Ye Ning was in Mu Yeli’s car at that mont. After hanging up the phone, she said to Mu Yeli, "Really, they want to go to the office."
"What to talk about?"
He had overheard so of the conversation from the side.
Ye Ning said, "I don’t know. Probably about why I took leave or sothing."
He was still gripping the steering wheel, glancing at her, "So what will you do?"
Ye Ning said, "I’ll go over there quickly and talk it out. Otherwise, if they keep pestering endlessly, what then? Now I know roughly where they are, so I can find her quickly."
Mu Yeli spun the steering wheel, "Let drive you over."
"Sure, just pull over to the side. Wait for a bit."
She didn’t want Mu Yeli to get too close; it wouldn’t be good if they were seen.
Being busy with filming, she hadn’t been to the office or checked on her own studio for a while. When Ye Ning stepped inside, she felt a bit unfamiliar.
She took a closer look at the posters on the wall and realized the company had done so redecorating. The office walls now displayed a lot of new posters.
Her own poster was there too; it was a still from "Black and White," looking very beautiful.
She surveyed it with satisfaction and noticed, on the other side, a group photo of seven girls, quite striking.
Placed so prominently, but Ye Ning didn’t actually recognize them.
The company was actually quite selective with these posters. Generally, only fairly famous ones were placed in the center, and had more and larger posters. The less known ones were placed to the side, just hanging without much presence.
But these posters were obviously in a more central spot.
While she was musing over this, suddenly...
The girls from the posters were walking out from inside.
Dressed in a style favored by young girls, a short skirt, small curls dyed in the trendy granny grey, a small sharp face—not the kind with a chin that’d poke soone to death. Even if it was costic, it was clearly done expensively and looked quite natural.
As she walked over, those following her were trying hard to flatter her.
"Wow, are those new shoes? I saw them in a magazine recently."
"Yeah, wearing these for a street shot will definitely set off a new trend right away."
"Of course, our Xiaoxiao is the goddess of product endorsent after all."
Suddenly, a few people noticed Ye Ning, who hadn’t been to the company for a while.
They had heard she had started her own studio, and quite a few were envious.
