Ye Ning knew that they were here today to have dinner with the investors from this side.
Every television station, in fact, would have a few regular collaborators.

It was a small item from the brand Ye Ning endorsed. Which was a customary practice in the industry, a sign of respect when eting.
A few people chuckled, "No need to ntion it, you’ve co a long way. As the hosts, it’s only right for us to treat you well. Ye Ning, I’ve watched all of your dramas and shows, co sit down, this is Mr. Qin."
Mr. Qin was a regional manager of a beverage company and was the highest-ranking and most influential amongst them. Hence, everyone catered to him first.
As soon as Ye Ning walked in, his calculating eyes were fixed on Ye Ning’s long and straight legs. They knew then Mr. Qin had his sights on her.
Knowing his intentions, they naturally turned a blind eye and actively acted matchmakers.

Su Miying walked in.

Su Miying was much more outgoing, introducing herself before her agent could, walking into the room with a sweet smile, apologizing, "I’m sorry for being late. I was sward by fans at the entrance."
Su Miying looked completely different from Ye Ning, she had a sweet look, which was sotis limiting. Light-hearted web dramas suited her, but so deep television dramas did not.

Therefore, Su Miying’s sweet smile was very well-liked in public.

She is here to steal resources.
