The sect rules of the Magic Sect not only regulate the behavior of disciples but also the masters’. Techniques need to be cultivated step by step, but when a master imparts them, the fundantal heart thod of each tier must be complete, without any omissions.
In other words, according to the ancient sect rules, a master cannot hold back in the core inheritance. This is also the basic requirent of responsibility, honoring promises, and protecting the sect’s heritage.
If the master feels that the disciple lacks talent or has character flaws, they may withhold or not teach more applied techniques early. However, once the disciple reaches the appropriate cultivation level, the fundantal heart thod imparted must be complete.
He Kao observed that the Micro-Entry Skill Heart thod taught by the Bitter Tea Sect to Ye Liangcheng seed problematic or incomplete. Ye Liangcheng already had Tier Three Cultivation, but there were obvious deficiencies in the mastery and application of Divine Sense.
Upon inquiry, this was indeed the case.
When Bitter Tea instructed Ye Liangcheng, they demanded that he never disclose the content of the secret technique. But at this ti, Elder Huo Qing had already spoken about the heart thod mantra, describing it in more detail and completeness than what Bitter Tea had taught.
Ye Liangcheng felt there was no need to keep it secret any longer and detailed everything Bitter Tea had taught him to Elder Huo Qing.

Ye Liangcheng was fortunate not only because of his good nature but also his position and duties; Gu Jiang didn’t task him with any major wicked deeds.

But after passing on the complete Tier Three Heart thod for Micro-Entry Skill to Ye Liangcheng, as long as Ye Liangcheng was not naive, he could gradually uncover the truth, realizing that this "master" Bitter Tea had problems.
Apparently, Bitter Tea deliberately withheld during the transfer of secret techniques, making it almost impossible for him to break through to higher realms, let alone defeat Hu Shulue in the future.
With Elder Huo Qing’s status, observing and guiding Ye Liangcheng, He Kao, of course, had his own considerations. Keeping Ye Liangcheng there could lure out the rest of the cleaners, then investigate what those people had been up to.
