But from the perspective of those involved, the consequences these people caused were enough to ruin hos and lives! Moreover, during Zhong Jinghui’s fraud and the thieves’ stealing, they could fully foresee this outco; they intended it.
Therefore, how Chang’an Residence killed Zhong Jinghui is another matter. In any case, the Ancestral Hall will not handle it. According to the Magic Sect’s rules, having done such a thing, he does need to report the situation to his master or the Direct Branch Master.
The demand of the Magic Sect and Ancestral Hall regarding this is: do not harm the innocent, do not exceed the cause and effect.
He Kao asked again, "Then, how should one adhere to the first rule of the Sect Hall Order, ’Do not violate disturbances, first offer them to the authorities’?"

Gu Chun sighed, "He did not violate disturbances, nor did he provoke without reason. You are rely stuck on ’first offer them to the authorities’ in this phrase. But when it speaks of authorities, there must first be an authority, then a control. You wouldn’t think that in ancient and modern places, soone would manage whatever happens at all tis, would you?"
His words were filled with Divine Thought, providing He Kao with an explanation—
Chang’an Residence intends to kill Zhong Jinghui, and He Kao ultimately decides not to stop it; one reason is Zhong Jinghui indeed deserves death, another is because the matter happened in the southern part of Sawa Country, which is not only chaotic but also where the police would not take care of it.
But if this had happened within the boundaries of the Eastern Country? He Kao would be quite confused about it. And it’s no wonder, as he grew up in the orderly environnt of the Eastern Country, always a good, law-abiding child.
