I saw the city's power crystals embedded directly into the Beast's flesh. Rizevim had been using the entire city as a battery to break the seal.
Using up every bit of his father's legacy... what a pathetic son he turned out to be.
"Dammit!" I threw out every containnt spell I knew, but they didn't even slow it down.
The first head fully opened its eyes and let out a roar.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNN!!!
The sound alone felt like it was grabbing my soul. That roar must have echoed across the entire world. Everyone above would know by now.
As I struggled to find a way to halt the resurrection, I felt multiple presences behind . I spun around to find two shadows.
One was a massive, three-headed black dragon: Aji Dahaka, the Diabolism Thousand Dragon.
The other was a tanned, handso young man in black priestly robes: Apophis, the Eclipse Dragon.
The man, Apophis, spoke first.
"A pleasure to et you, forr Governor General of the Fallen Angels."
"Apophis... What's with this unsealing speed?" I demanded. "The seal just... vanished. Was that you?"
Normally, a seal this size would leak miasma slowly as it weakened. This had been an instantaneous explosion.
Apophis shook his head.
"It seems Prince Rizevim rigged a failsafe. Upon his death, his own soul was consud as a massive energy source to force the seal open."
Tch... that bastard. He really went all out.
Apophis continued, unbothered by my frustration.
"We are here to make a declaration." He reached into his robes and pulled out a chalice—Valerie's Holy Grail.
"The Grail... you stole it from Rizevim?"
Aji Dahaka let out a grating, multi-toned laugh.
『Indeed. I'm simply better at magic than he was. I plucked it from his sub-space pocket while he wasn't looking.』
『I'm very good at magic! ☆』
『That was easy!』
Of course. He was one of the strongest Evil Dragons, said to have mastered a thousand spells. Hiding sothing from him was impossible.
"Give it back, Apophis. Aji Dahaka."
"I'm afraid we cannot do that, Leader of the Fallen. As I said, we have a declaration. Unlike the Prince, we actually have quite an interest in this inter-dinsional war."

The two dragons smiled. They looked up at the towering form of Trihexa.

"We wish to create a world for Evil Dragons alone—in the Underworld, the Human World, and the worlds beyond. This Beast of the Apocalypse and this Grail shall be our tools."
As they spoke, the seventh head of Trihexa—the dragon-like one—finally opened its eyes.
"You were planning to betray him from the start? Then what about Asem, the god from the other world?"
"I know nothing of Lord Asem," Apophis replied. "We did not plan this from the beginning. We simply decided that Prince Rizevim was too pathetic to follow."
"So you aren't working with Asem?"
"We have no connection. And it seems he has no intention of interfering with us either."
Great. They're all just doing whatever they want... This couldn't get any worse.
Then, the seventh head fully awakened.
GUOOOOOOOOOH!
ZUOORRRRRRRR!
GYUOOOOOOOO!
The seven heads roared in a cacophony that shook the very foundations of the city. The sheer volu was enough to shatter stone. Trihexa shifted its massive body, and parts of the floating city began to crumble and fall away.
One of the heads looked up at the ceiling and opened its maw. An aura so dense it could have slaughtered a god gathered in its throat.
Sensing the danger, I grabbed Lilith and dove toward the wall, layering every defensive magic circle I could muster.
In an instant, a beam of concentrated fire erupted from Trihexa's mouth. The ceiling didn't just break—it was erased. Even the shockwave shattered my defenses one by one.
All that... from just one head?!
I looked back, but the two Evil Dragons were gone. Only their voices lingered in the air.
"Leader of the Fallen Angels. Let this be the final war. The final struggle between your 'D×D' and our Evil Dragons. If you wish to stop us, then co. We will not use petty tricks like Rizevim. With Trihexa at our side, we will simply destroy everything in our path."
『Stop us if you can. We're going all out.』
『Full power! Full power!』
『Let's have a real fight!』
Through the massive hole in the ceiling, Trihexa began to ascend into the sky. Thousands of Evil Dragons and clones of the Red Dragon Emperor sward around it like a dark cloud. At the center of the storm was the Beast of Revelation.
The world began its march toward the end.
