Chapter 1906: Chapter 127: Blood Comrades’ New Initiative
A half Fishman’s fierce face appeared on the side of the newspaper directed at Zheng Qing. Under the light falling from the skylight, the gills under the Fishman’s jaw could be seen gently moving, and his vacant gaze revealed a ferocious aura, which was exceptionally striking.

“An exception clause in the plan notes that ‘the trader must have clear and convincing evidence that the Fishman providing magical materials, alchemy products, and other broadly defined goods receive fair, just, and reasonable treatnt within the tribe, Lin Zhong Lake, and Jiuyou Academy,…’ The plan also requires the trader to submit related reports ‘traders should submit a report to the Ethics Risk Committee within 30 calendar days of identifying the exception, and explain in public publications (such as campus newspapers, the Beta Town Post, etc.),…'”
“Blood Comrades related persons formally stated to journalists that the plan is to support Lin Zhong Lake Fishn in their struggle for freedom and justice, hoping to improve the academy’s (especially Jiuyou Academy’s) managent thods for Fishman tribes through this move, allowing more Fishn to enjoy fair, just, and reasonable treatnt…”
“As the largest association at First University, Blood Comrades not only have a powerful trade network inside the school but also outside, including Beta Town, and many large hunting teams developed based on past mbers of Blood Comrades have broad interests and influence. Many students, researchers, professors at First University, shops in Beta Town, and magical creature tribes in Silent Forest, etc., are within this network…”
“…Undoubtedly, the implentation of this plan will not only have a huge impact on the trade between the Lake Lin Zhong Fishman Tribe and Blood Comrades mbers but also put others trading with Fishman tribes in a very sensitive dilemma…If the plan is not accepted, any transactions between the trader and Blood Comrades will always face strict, unprotected investigation; if the plan is accepted, it may draw the dissatisfaction of the Sacred Will.”
“…So mbers responsible for public relations and finance within Blood Comrades have raised doubts about this plan because they are concerned that its implentation will bring unnecessary rifts within the association…According to inford sources, so mbers of Blood Comrades expressed in internal closed-door etings that the manpower and resources required to supervise this plan will overwhelm Blood Comrades’ executive institutions and will create a sharp opposition with the other major association Sacred Will at First University (because the implentation of the plan will de facto constitute ‘tripartite jurisdiction’ over mbers of Sacred Will)…”
“…Relevant persons from Sacred Will stated that Sepulano fabricated this plan with false descriptions and lies, which has no support from the ‘First University Managent Regulations’, and using internal managent plans of the association to interfere with the normal transactions between other individuals and Fishman tribes within the school is the greatest desecration of Alpha Academy’s ‘freedom’ philosophy…”
Following this were so more tedious and boring analyses, which Zheng Qing skimd through at a glance, flipping through other pages and finding not much discussion about this plan from Blood Comrades.
“What is Sepulano up to again?”
The young public-funded student flipped through the newspaper with a puzzled expression: “And when did the Blood Comrades establish an Ethics Risk Committee?”
“When they needed to.”
Xin Fat Man had already climbed off the railing, patting off the dust on his robe, and upon hearing this, he sneered: “These godforsaken committees are like toilet paper, used to wrap shit when needed, otherwise they are useless.”
As sharp and sarcastic as ever.
Zheng Qing gave a thumbs-up in agreent.
“What do you think of this plan?” The Fat Wizard took the newspaper back from the young man, leisurely folded it, and stuffed it back into his pocket: “…seeing you read so attentively, did you have any thoughts?”
Zheng Qing shrugged.
“Not really.”
As soon as he spoke, his peripheral vision caught the na of the plan on the newspaper again, and he couldn’t help but laugh: “However, I suddenly think the na of this plan is extrely clever — ‘Oppose the Fishman Oppression Plan’ — it can be broken into ‘Oppose, the Fishman Oppression Plan’, understanding it as a plan against the oppression of Fishn; it can also be read as ‘Oppose, Fishman Oppression Plan’, changing the aning suddenly, with Fishn as the oppressive side; or understood as ‘Oppose Fishn, Oppress Plan’, which I think aligns with most Alpha people’s sentints.”

When the school was first established, the Fishn were willing to stay in Lin Zhong Lake instead of outside the Alpha Fortress’s lake because Alpha people’s discrimination against subhuman magical creatures like Fishman was very serious, and there were frequent cases of young Fishn being secretly taken for experints.”
The Fat Wizard looked dumbfounded at the eloquent young public-funded student.
After a mont, he finally reacted.
“It’s not as complicated as you think,” he waved his hand repeatedly, denying: “You’re over-interpreting it. The words you see on the newspaper are different from what others see…The wizard world is so large, and the Beta Town Post is a large dia for all audiences; it’s impossible to publish a sub-publication for every language, they used magic on it. The magic attached to the newspaper allows the reader to read the content in the language they understand without affecting the transmission of the original aning.”
