Chapter 1943: Chapter 164: Outside the Hunting Ground
As the mutated Getrassi launched a fierce charge like cavalry.
Outside the light path illuminated by the ‘Little Stars’, in the deep night at the edge of the hunting ground, several figures draped in black robes and wearing raven masks silently watched the young hunting team—so were holding notepads recording the Getrassi’s reactions, so were asuring magical fluctuations with instrunts, and others were using crystal balls to capture every fra of the scene.
Everyone had sothing to do, except for one short man.
“Why did we just need to replenish the potion?” the short masked raven asked softly to his partner beside him, “I rember that the No. 3 Potion lasts for a solid four hours.”
“If you carefully observed the senior’s operations, you would have realized that what we replenished wasn’t the No. 3 Potion.” The companion bit the tip of the feather pen, frowned at the distance, then looked at the content on his notepad, and answered impatiently.
“What? Is that so?” The short raven mask exclaid in surprise, imdiately pulling out a small notebook and a feather pen from his chest pocket, quickly recording.
The other raven masks slightly sighed in relief and continued their tasks.
“Just now…”
The short raven mask had just started to speak when the tall raven mask in the lead interrupted, “We replenished the No. 7 Potion just now, which enhances physical strength and magic power, but the cost is double the life depletion… this ans this group of Getrassi only has two hours of life left.”

Exploding spells and shattering talismans intermingled, faintly accompanied by the loud shouts of those young wizards. The night breeze brushed by, though wearing a raven mask, the short wizard still felt the fur on his cheeks stand on end.
Uncertain if it was the subtle magic power mixed in the night breeze playing tricks or the midnight chill seeping through the mask.
When the young hunting team at the end of the light path was forced to retreat once again.
The short wizard wearing a raven mask could no longer hold back, nervously glanced around, and quietly asked his companion beside him, “This ti… why are we letting the test subject attack the school’s students?”
“It was an accident.” The tall wizard in the lead answered softly, “They just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong ti, choosing the wrong prey.”
At this point, he slightly frowned, “Theoretically, such mistakes shouldn’t occur… The diviner in the laboratory confird that those young wizards and the Getrassi should not have any interaction.”

A blue giant roared like thunder, grabbing boulders and large logs, hurling them at the pursuers; occasionally, a shadow or a glint of sword light flashed through the darkness, severing the chaser’s legs and feet.

The mutated Getrassi, enraged, launched charge after charge, roaring curses filled with dark power.
Webs woven from spells were easily torn apart.
Severed legs grew back during their charge, becoming as nimble as before.
The formation of the Absolution Hunting Team shifted direction repeatedly, attempting to disengage and leave the hunting ground, yet was repeatedly obstructed by the maddened Getrassi.
As ti passed and magic power dwindled, the young hunters grew increasingly restless.

The other hunters of the Absolution Hunting Team exchanged glances, nodding slightly.
